One family, who was already seated when I arrived, waited over an hour and ended up leaving without ever receiving their food. Meanwhile, another customer who walked in after me did have their online order show up correctly. To be fair, the staff was clearly overwhelmed, but they were sweet and doing their best in the middle of chaos. After another 30+ minutes of waiting, my pizza finally came out. As for the pizza itself: It was good..I'd give it a 6/10. I paid an extra $2 for jalapeños, but there were maybe three or four on the whole thing, and I could barely tell they were there. Definitely not worth an hour and fifteen minute wait or nearly $30 for a small.

So, we waited and waited and waited and then we saw her walk to every table of people who had been there for some time. Most already had their meals. The area is not very big and there were a small number of people there. After at least 15 or 20 minutes she continued to basically ignore us. So, we decided to leave. She did not care that we were leaving. How can you not hear people moving their chairs and leaving the table. The place was small. She did not even look over at us. I do not plan to revisit this restaurant.
