The floor was disgusting, the bathrooms were filthy, the staff weren't aware or really that pleasant, and I was shocked at how poor this location was run. We had to search for a clean table, the stands with napkins, straws, etc. were empty of almost everything, and I can't stress again how nasty the floor was. Even the food was "meh" at best. We stopped here because my mom wasn't feeling well and we needed to get food for her. If it weren't for the necessity of needing to stop, we would have walked out. I work in customer service and the one thing I know above everything is you always greet folks first. Always. Typically in CFA you greeted by several team members, but at this location the team members would literally walk by you and not bat an eye or even acknowledge you. It was weird. If you see somebody standing at the counter, in no world would you ignore them. We had 3 or 4 team members walk by and not even look up. This would never fly if it were in GA, but maybe because it's out of state it doesn't brand itself as closely as the ones in and around ATL? Whatever the case, do better. Brand is everything.
