Awful experience last night. Gave them the food back and left. Ordered two soft tacos with extra cheese and added the three cheese blend as well. Opened the tacos and there's barely any on it. I was charged almost 2 extra for each one and they act like it's their own personal cheese they can't give out. I went back to the drive thru to physically show them and ask why there was no cheese on it and they made some excuse "that's what it weighs". I have been to this location during the daytime and it didn't look like that. So I'm not understanding the lack of consistency. Their excuse for that was "they must have overdone it during the day". Placed order at drive-thru. Pulled up to windows and waited several (7-8) minutes behind one van. It finally pulled away without taking anything. Pulled forward, paid, was given drinks, asked if we had item "x", then handed a bag. Pulled up so cars behind could, then wife checked the bag. Wrong order. Had to wait two lights circling the block. Went inside. "Wrong order?" "Yes...". "Here. And just keep the other." Bag was taped, but could see my nuggets on top, so took it. Drove home, opened both bags, and realized the second order was also incorrect. And cold. One drive-away because it was so slow and who knows how many orders were handed out incorretly. No fries. This Taco Bell is HORRIBLE - it'll take at least 30 minutes to get your food and it'll likely be wrong. The workers have attitude and are completely unhelpful. They close down the dining room at 11 even though it doesn't close until 3. They force you to get mobile orders in the drive through even though the lines are so long it's impossible to even get in them. Every worker here needs to be retrained and have a major attitude adjustment. read more

Let's talk about wait time if you get there around any sort of lunch or dinner time there will be lines wrapping around the entire building and you will have to wait there for 20 plus minutes. Let's say you try to beat the line so you order online. There is a risk! 50% of the time when you get there the inside will be closed so it doesn't matter if you order online have to wait in that line. Even worse is the fact that you have to prepay online so now if the line is 20 plus minutes you do not get the option to just leave you have to wait in that 20 minute line while your food gets cold! (Speaking from experience). They have an open kitchen for whatever reason I don't know why but they do. It is so filthy sauce, wrappers, and food on the floor. Since they have an open kitchen you can hear all of their conversations whether its an employee getting yelled at for being on their phone or the manager bossing everyone around. If you try knocking to get inside when it's closed the employees will ignore you and tell you to get in line. I can't tell you how the bathroom is because it's always locked. If you order DoorDash from this place and your dasher keeps canceling it's because the inside is closed and they are not waiting in a 10+ car line for an $8 order. If your DoorDash order gets stolen they will not remake the food. This affects not only the customer but the DoorDash driver financially and it's because of their poorly managed order system. Great food great service. Everything was cooked perfectly along with the restaurant being extremely clean.

We ordered at the kiosk because they were pretty busy. 3 burritos, 3 tacos and 2 large drinks for $24.36. For starters, it took much longer than it should have. Then we overheard the manager tell a person who ordered before us that they had no drinks, only water and tea, did not say anything to anyone else in line or waiting for food. So once we received our food we asked about a refund for the drinks as it was $5.78 for the 2 large drinks, and the manager said we have to go through the app. We informed him we don't have the app we ordered at the kiosk and there was nothing stating there were no drinks. Went to taco bell and i ordered a grande 10 pk meal and a taco salad with no rice, extra sour cream and cheese, and side of guacamole. Well got home and a drop of sour cream, little cheese and on the bottom rice, very little meat and beans but lird knows a ton of lettuce. Giving them a one star wouldn't even be that it would be a big fat zero. After my order was taken i sat in the drive thru line for 15 mins or more waiting to get my order. Twice I've ordered the Taco Salad here in the past month and I both times got home and found half of my taco shell completely gone. The salad shells seem to be much thinner than they used to be and packing the taco salad into a box, it just doesn't taste as fresh either. As far as service and attitudes of employees go, they are very polite and friendly. I didn't call or return with the unsatisfactory salad, but I imagine it wouldn't be a problem. This place is the worst! Their drive-thru is so convoluted that the only way you can get into the drive-thru lane is to come in off Four Seasons, then it takes forever. We decided to park and go inside because we entered off the side street, signed "Enter" only to find out we couldn't get in the drive-thru lane that way. We went to the counter and were told that we could only order through the kiosk, which we tried to do, only to find out that the meal we wanted (Nacho Fries Box) wasn't listed on the kiosk menu. In the meantime, three men who came in right after us went to the counter and were able to order there. Taco Bell has seen the last of us ... we're going to support our local restaurants, not this franchise dump. read more

Had a bad experience with this Taco Bell, First of all the Temperature in that building was very cold that you could not enjoy your meal. We saw a man come in and in a short sleeve shirt than after placing his order he when back out to his truck and put his coat on and came back inside to eat. Our Oder was mess up too. Ok, so this Taco Bell isn't perfect. I've definitely been to better, but I just had a really great experience, and I wanted to highlight that while also pointing out some flaws from past visits. The food today at around 3:30 pm was delicious. I ordered 6 hard meat tacos. The staff was happy, a little loud, but I've worked in fast food and that can be the norm. They probably did not even realize. Plus, there was no music playing in the dining area. I also stuck out a little in that some of the restaurant-goers interacted with the staff just as loudly while dining. Anywho, the man who I ordered from, I believe he was a manager, was very professional as well as laid-back and gracious. The food tasted good, and I was happy I made the decision to come to Taco Bell. The dining area was a little messy, but nothing horrific and probably recent. The bathroom was clean. Past visits have been later during the day, typically between 9pm and 12am. I went through the drive-thru. I was hangry as I had just gone to the gym and hadn't watched the time. Thank you for Taco Bell and I am so sorry. Still, I know it wasn't just me, at least I think so. The line took forever. The power menu is not available after 9pm from the drive-thru and I found out the hard way. There is no signage. Three times my food wasn't made to order. "I wanted a soft bean taco, not a crunchy meat taco." My request is a little out of the ordinary so it seemed more like an automatic response than pure inattentiveness. Sometimes they forgot the sour cream. Now that right there is annoying because it belongs on there!!! They gave me a free chalupa. That was very nice. Sometimes they'd hand out free fresh food late at night. They could keep it for themselves. It's really just the wait that makes this place a 3, and the noise. read more

I would 100% give 0 stars if I could. I've had MANY a bad experience but since this is the ONLY Taco Bell in town I go back sometimes. For my latest and stupidest encounter I went through the drive thru waited 30mins, at the least, for the whole experience. Got to drive thru waited 10 mins to order, then when I ordered I said "a Crunchwrap and 2 nacho cheese chalupas" and the IDIOT taking the order kept saying "okay a Crunchwrap and nachos and cheese" and we said this back and forth THREE times till a girl jumped on to take my order who heard that I said "nacho cheese chalupa". Waited 10 more mins to get to window and I KNEW I needed to check my order because everyone there has no brain, whatsoever, and when I got my bag I looked in it to see that it was a Crunchwrap and ONE chalupa. Guy at the window, literally can't walk and chew gum, just gave me my bag and closed the window back so I sat there for 5 more mins for him to open the window and say "okay that'll be $29.... oh can I help you". I told him I said my order 50 dannnnng times and all I want is TWO NACHO CHEESE CHALUPAS so he scurried around to grab the girl who took my order (who also messed it up by typing in 1 nacho cheese chalupa) and they just gave me another chalupa tossed into another bag half open inside.
