Love their chicken , they have several choices of dipping sauce and the service was great , the place always seems clean inside

i'm a hoe for some zaxbys fries, combine that with bacon cheese fries and i'll be the happiest person ever. i've gotten them before perfectly maybe twice but lately they've been lacking. i hate the ranch with the chicken loaded fries, ONLY bacon and cheese for me and ill order that yet i guess they forget. today i ordered it once again with some other food, ended up being 60$. they were loaded fries, politely asked for only bacon and cheese fries once again which was okay because they might've gotten mixed up since they charged me for the loaded fries. they said "oh sorry" and handed me a new box. maybe 2 pieces of cheese and 1 chunk of bacon. spent $60 and that's what i get. i asked again and they made up some lame ass excuse, gave me the box back and had more cheese but still just a chunk of bacon. i was done and decided to just leave, wish the people could do their job. and weird ass tasting cucumbers read more

Ordered curbside. Arrived. Checked in. Waited. Order up at 6:54. Waited. Checked in again at 7:00. Went inside at 7:05 to find order sitting on counter getting cold. The last two times I've ordered they got it wrong. I don't understand how this happens so often. Can they not find food preparer that can read or do they just want to be perks and don't care. Can't swear it isn't on purpose. Management doesn't seem to care as long as they're making their undeserved bonus. I never leave reviews but every single time I come to this Zaxby's they manage to mess up my order. Today the lady taking our order acted annoyed that we were there, kept interrupting my bf before he could finish ordering, and would ask "is that all" in a progressively more irrate tone everytime we added something to the order. The car behind us seemed fed up with her attitude while we were waiting for our food and pulled out of line to leave. Then when we got home they put the wrong sauce on my wings when we asked for hot honey mustard on both our orders. All I wanted was my hot honey mustard wings but instead I got flavorless ones with some liquidy sauce on top :( read more

I do love my chicken wings but when I ordered traditional chicken wings, I got nuggets instead. Unfortunately I went through the drive through and didn't realize when I got home. Competence goes a long way and I feel they didn't have it. Plus for $12 you'd think the chicken nuggets would be bigger. Nice Zaxby's location with good sized dining room and friendly staff. Food was ready within a couple of minutes and was typical tasty Zax food. Restrooms could've used cleaning however. Not busy at all for an afternoon weekend lunch; easy in/out. read more

Went Drive threw my husband was craving wings, we were way to hungry for two people and ordered the family dinner of 30 wings fries and toast! Really great deal for $30, we got wimpy, sweet and spicy, and hot honey mustard. The honey mustard wasn't hot but it was defiantly the most flavorful! Loved the zaxbys sauce and the ranch was good as well! The guy in the drive threw was very patient and Thorough with me, not knowing this is the first time being here! This is really a PSA. I went to Zaxby's at Highland Square today and was really surprised that the employees were not wearing masks. After leaving, I decided to call to find out why they were not wearing them. The employee told me that Zaxby's doesn't provide masks for them to use so they don't wear them. That answer bothered me so I emailed the corporate office with my concerns. About an hour later, the General Manager called me. She told me that Zaxby's does have masks available for their employees if they WANT to wear them. She said the corporate office had told them that since it was such a small drive thru window they didn't need to wear them but when the dining room opens they will have to wear them. So, since we are in the middle of a pandemic, I thought I would share this so anyone who reads it can be informed before getting food from there. read more

Have NO idea why this Zaxby's has any bad ratings. Every time I get food here it's fresh and very good. You definitely can't please everyone all the time. This is fast food (should be called convenience food because it's not always going to be super fast) but it's very good. Try buying the stuff in the grocery store, taking it home, and making it yourself. I'm thankful I don't have to do that! read more

We're not typically fast food junkies, but in a pinch we visit a couple. Recently we stopped by Zaxby's because the grandkids thought it sounded good. They ordered sandwiches and fries and were perfectly happy. We ordered a couple salads with fried chicken and were pleasantly surprised with relatively fresh produce and overall hot and crunchy chicken. Not bad considering. But, the price is higher than one may expect for fast food. read more

Drove through Zaxbys to pick up an order to bring to a picnic. Specifically asked window girl Rose H. if there was fork & knife in the bag for my salad. She said yes. Arrived at my picnic after a half hour drive hungry and ready for lunch. NO plastic ware. NOT eating a salad with my fingers. Picnic RUINED. Others got to eat their food & listen to me bi+ch though. Returning their cra@p food for a refund. That's the last dime they will ever see from me. read more

I came to Zaxbys in Hendersonville NC. After a long wait I got my order and went home. When I got home the 000000000 was nothing we ordered. Call immediately and they said they would put my name in the book. I could come anytime and give my name and they would give me what I ordered. This happened to my husband as well. I went back waited inside for 30 minutes while they tried to find name. The said they couldn't find our names. The place was filthy and a bunch of young employees cursing because they were messing a few orders. I snapped a few photos too. Courtney Bastian would not give me her bosses number. I do have his name. I am calling the health department about the conditions. Very very upset. read more

It's irritating to me that they CONSTANTLY forget my freaking sauce, we SPECIFICALLY said no zax sauce and bbq instead and they still gave me Zaxby's sauce, this may seem petty but when you spend money that you worked hard for you expect to get exactly what you ordered the way you ordered it. When I called, she was like do you want to come in another day or today to get the bbq like I want to spend any more time or gas on going to get what I should have gotten the first time. There was a time that I asked for them to remake the order because by the time I make it back to get what I ordered, my food is cold yet they refuse to do that. They claim the food is "indescribably good." I'll give them indescribable, as in there was no taste to anything. We spent a solid three minutes debating whether the chicken was cooked or not. Please save yourself the possible stomachache, the bland food isn't worth it. read more

The restaurant was NASTY! All but one of the tables inside were dirty. They were not busy. Various trash on the restaurant floor - napkins, straw wrappers, etc. After my order was taken, the boy who took my order went to remove the trash - without gloves on. Then a customer walked up to place an order. The same boy went to take his order, hand him cups and never bothered to wash his hands. DISCUSTING! Newer Zaxbys located in the Walmart metropolis shopping area. Nice big booths with high walls too. Food was typical of all Zaxbys. Be warned their intercom is LOUD in the bathrooms, it will scare the ---- out of you. :) read more

They have a really good fried chicken sandwich and fries. I like the seasoning on their fries just wish they still offered milkshakes.

I'm from the west coast and found this to be a pretty good place for a quick bite. Spicy chicken sandwich with fries was great! The only down fall was the rude girl at the drive thru. Could have done with less bitchiness! Overall food made up for the shitty customer service. read more

I was at this Zaxby's today and went thru the drive thru. I ordered a House Zalad. From the time I ordered it until it appeared at the window was not even 3 minutes. That is too fast...makes me think the zalad was prepared ahead of time and just the chicken was added at the time. The "greens" were a bit limp and not at all what I expected. I love Zaxty's and am disappointed in my visit today. I have noticed that the Zalads keep shrinking also but we continue to pay the same or more...not good. The young man that took care of my order needs to learn some skill. Instead of handing a bag out the window and saying "here ya go" he needs to learn the proper thing to say...and THANK YOU is the biggest part of that. He didn't even say have a nice day...go figure!! Totally disappointed in my visit today (I go there quite a lot) but I may reconsider and go somewhere else. read more

Very nice restaurant. Clean, Christian atmosphere (played that genre of music). Great food and fast, friendly service. We always go "before" the mad rush, so its peaceful too. Clean place to eat, with reasonable prices. I'm not a big fan of "crinkle fries", but that's what they serve. Seem too much like frozen grocery store fries to me, but they deep fry them & season to perfection! read more

I ordered chicken strips around 2 pm, and they were tasty and cooked well but they were room temperature at best. If I had been at the restaurant I would have sent them back, but I ordered them at the take-out window and ate them minutes after getting them. Surely food safety requires the food to be held at a warmer temperature. read more
