I don't know if they are generally confused, if the employees go too fast and miss read things, or if they run low on breakfast product near the end of breakfast and feel too lazy to make what I order. I think it's great that corporate Chick-fil-A will just give you a free item replacement if you raise an issue on the app. But I'm just gonna go there again and get the replacement item and it be wrong again. I don't think they're doing a great job of fixing a consistent issue .

Good but just did not feel the same as the ones we have visited in Columbus…read more We visited the Cincinnati area this summer and were pleasantly surprised to see they had a Roosters! A place we never skip when visiting Columbus. The food is always so consistently good and this location did not disappoint. The service unfortunately did not match our Columbus/Grove City experiences. We still thoroughly enjoyed our visits and are so happy that Roosters is expanding! Such a great place to watch some sports and eat great food. We hope one day Illinois gets one!

For a fast-food restaurant, it met my expectations in that regard. The atmosphere was also enjoyable. I really liked the artwork and overall vibe of the restaurant. The space felt clean and inviting. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The chicken bites were not fully cooked, and the fries were only warm. By the time I got to my destination just six minutes away the entire meal was barely warm. I believe the food could have been much better if it had been served fresh and cooked properly, but that's just my impression based on this visit. Overall, the service and ambiance were solid, but the quality and temperature of the food left a lot to be desired. 2 stars

I was not a fan - out of every chicken finger place in the area - I think this might be the worst…read more The chicken wasn't good at all to me - I didn't get spice at all so maybe that is where I failed but if you can't do a basic chicken finger correctly than I am not sure about one masked with spice. The sauce was mid and the slushie tasted like it had salt in it. The person I was with wasn't the biggest fan either and they thought it was strange how it was served with plain bread slices one which happened to be the butt end. The staff seemed as if they didn't want to be there and the attitude while taking the order matched. The tables were dirty on the inside, so we opted to sit outside but the outside trash was overflowing on both sides which caused for unwanted bugs and smells. I doubt I will be back and I do not understand the hype.

Great customer service. I ordered a 3-piece classic chicken meal. It was hot, tasty and delicious. The chicken was juicy and crisp, and the apple pie for dessert capped off a great meal. This is a great place for when you want tasty fried chicken. Not that easy to find these days - but this Popeyes does it right!

We also got 10 smoked wings with garlic and classic bbq on the side. We ordered garlic aioli fries and wedges + two soft drinks. Several of the sauces tasted like and had medicinal smell and taste- think of how a plastic bandaid smells- that was the flavor of my daughter's bbq. The garlic- which I guess is some garlic powder mixed into some buffalo- it was sour tasting. My teriyaki tasted more like pineapple than anything else. The sides of ranch came out warm. The inside of my boneless wings had a mushy texture. My daughter's "gluten free" wings came with a bunch of random food debris. See the image- Even if she wasn't gluten free- this is gross. After being there 30 minutes we just asked for the check. I wish I could rate the server separately. He was very nice. $60 for 10 boneless, 10 smoked, wedges, fries and two soft drinks- where everything tasted off- skip it.

The food was great and was delivered quickly. The game was on almost every TV and the sound was at an appropriate level. This was not our first time eating here and most of the time everything is great. I just wish the bar tender was a little more friendly and waited on "non-regular" customers like she waited on the "regular" customers. You could tell she played favorites and paid way more attention to people she know vs others. We will be back.
