Ordered online a few weeks ago and wasn't ready when at the time is was scheduled and they couldn't find my order. So they filled my order and then found it. Clueless. Yesterday another online pickup and wow it was ready. Good 8 pcs chicken 8 chicken tenders mashed potatoes fries and Cole slaw. All was good except the so called chicken tenders. Well first off their parking lot wasn't plowed , we got stuck in parking lot , the shift manager literally told us they won't plow because they are cheap , the chicken was cold inside . Also the inside was freezing as well , we were also told there is only one heat vent that works , that is over the registers they won't fix that as well. We received an earful from shift manager about how the owners are cheap and don't care about anything. So when we went to leave my husband had to get a shovel to get our car unstuck. All the while the employee that let us borrow the shovel came outside standing watching and waiting for the shovel back so we didn't steal it ! And then proceeds to say ( at least the snow is lite) . Let's say this KFC definitely has seen the last visit from me and I was also told there is no need to contact owners about anything because they don't care at all! They will do nothing about it. As for the restaurant just about every table was dirty the soda fountain was beyond help ! And most of the employees need to find new jobs they all looked so unhappy . I ordered online. Went to this store to pick up the food. It wasn't ready, they said it would be another 25 minutes and they were out of the extra crispy. I asked to cancel the order or refund my money and they said they couldn't do it there to go online. Drove home and went online and there was no option to cancel so I made my request via email. I received a response denying my request. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company and BBB. KFC has really gone downhill and not just this location. They are all filthy, have poor customer service, and the quality of the food is not what it once was. read more

Placed a mobile order and arrived 5 minutes after the app said it would be done to give them extra time and when I got to the speaker I heard a very sarcastic voice great me assuming it was a recording, but to my surprise no it was the worker then I let her know I had a mobile order and before I could even say my name she yelled at me that "I HAVE THREE MOBILE ORDERS AND WERE WORKING ON ALL OF THEM IM GONNA NEED YOUR NAME" so I gave her my name and she yelled at me again that is wasn't done and I'd have to park even though the place was a ghost town. read more

Went to the drive thru and they "couldn't hear me" so after multiple times repeating my order they said just pull up. so I pulled up and gave them my order DIRECTLY! i asked for crispy chicken. This KFC is just horrible from the service to the food.. both times I went to this location. They were running on a limited menu claiming they don't have the food I wanted so I couldn't even get the order that I actually wanted to get . I decided to get a chicken tenders combo.what I received looked like they weren't even put in flour . It was as if they just stuck the chicken without any flour in the fryer. The fries were warm no crisp limp and under proportioned, my food wasn't even decently fresh, so I know my chicken tenders probably were sitting for longer than the required time before the food needed to be properly discarded. The lady who took my order a older lady seemed as if she was irritated by my order and proceeded to tell me they didn't have biscuits or crispy chicken.. mind you the store didn't close for another hour. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The service is horrible. They don't serve fresh food and the people taking your order act like it's an inconvenience to serve the food thats literally advertised on the menu and mobile app . This is your job. This is what you signed up for there is no reason to act in that way or a manner like it's such a hassle to make food when that's literally your job. I will never revisit this location. It's a shame. I don't even know how this place is still running and open. I gave this review a one star out of five because you can't go lower than 1 star. 0-5 Clean shop immediately and get new staff. read more

I have to put in a good word for this KFC after we ate there tonight before heading over to a show at the mall casino. A comfortable, very clean, appealing fast food restaurant. I know many people will go to the drive thru, but I'm glad we went inside to eat. Such nice Christmas decorations everywhere, including a Christmas tree and Hershey kisses for customers, made it very welcoming. An employee said the employees bring in and decorate the restaurant on their own and the manager has been collecting decorations for a few years. It all fit in well with the seating, which was red and black checked. Also the service was friendly and quick and the food delicious and hot, and plentiful for the price. I know I take for granted some fast food chains, but I was impressed with this KFC. read more

Walked in,placed order for 8 piece extra cispy meal. This was the Rt30 Greensburg location. Time 12:45. Drove home. Approximately 9 miles and find original recipe. Very small pieces of chicken & they must have ran out of seasoning. No flavor. Very disappointed. We don't go to the Latrobe location because it is not​ clean! read more

Wow! Terrible! Stopped at drive thru yesterday because I hadn't been to KFC in awhile.... Saw on the menu board a picture of what i thought looked like a little slice of heaven which was a pic of their chicken sandwich.. So i ordered that..... Paid my money and grabbed the bag, tore it open.... And..... What a freaking let down! Bun was cold and hard.... took a bite... The chicken was lukewarm...mehh! Kept eating though as i hadn't eaten anything all day and it was 4pm.... The pickles they have on it don't compliment the sandwich at all... They were like a sweet dill and thick.... The batter in places was gooey and gross! Even though i was starving,i had to throw some of it away bc it was so disgusting! I thought to myself, "man did chick fil a do a number on you guys! "..... I really hate to say this but what has happened to the world famous Kentucky Fried Chicken. The place was average clean, but the counter was very cluttered with no sign of wipe down. Staff was attentive and alert. But cutting to the product. The bone in chicken was greasey, very veiny with ligaments tendons. The chicken is just a horrible grade with batter to trick the taste. What has happened here very very dissapointed. My advise if your looking for fried real bone chicken search anywhere else fits this is just so crazy bad. read more

Heaven knows what happened to KFC. For years they were the go to place for chicken. Now I have to say run away as fast as you can. About 3 months ago we ordered a bucket of chicken with sides and biscuits. We got home and the bucket was half full with dry over cooked chicken. It was not edible. I was not in the mood to raise a fuss and made something at home. We were soured on going back because over the past 12 months we had problems with incomplete orders and stayed away. Thus coming to today 10/13/2017 we decided to try the new Nashville hot tenders meal the $5 fill up was a great deal. On the KFC site didn't say additional cost for the flavored. Getting on, my husband brought the food home the biscuits were placed drowning in the sauce on the tray. Common sense in packing foods you shouldn't do that. In preparing to call the Greensburg store I noticed the reciept had the whole -fill ups broken into individual items making the charge twice as what was expected. I called and spoke to manager Karen and she said they couldn't be accountable for the website. I then told her about the biscuits in the sauce at first she didn't seemed fazed that this happened but I pressed her on it. She offered a coupon but that's not the point. It's obvious there's no managing going on in this store. There's no standards of uniformity to the service. I'm not willing to pay for pot luck in purchases. I've spent a lot if money through the years at this store but no more. On an added note I told her I was not interested in the coupon because it was not goung to correct their problems. read more
