Located on the golf course, I would choose here over Brady's ANY day. Most days I would choose here…read moreover Out Of The Fire (OOTF). Why? They have booze, yo. Here's the real deal: OOTF is casual fine dining, this place isn't - but if you are considering OOTF, you should consider this place too. It's a no frills, fake flowers on your table, type of joint. They turn out pretty good food, you don't need a reservation, and you aren't getting charged a cork fee because they haz all liquor. If you want something with the pretense of fine dining, or if you have trouble admitting that a well executed sammich is always better than "fine dining" executed with mere mediocrity, just go to OOTF and don't be mad at me for leading you here. I really like their potato chips. I really like their salad bar (which is awesome for a quick, light lunch). I like their sandwiches - and am partial to their version on a club and one called the birdie. I've never ordered an entree, but have attended a special event there that had a buffet -- they had solid offerings (I don't think those appear on the menu, so no point in talking about them too much -- but everything was cooked properly and nothing was over cooked, which hard for a buffet set up to pull off). The only thing I don't like is the cheesey broccoli soup - which is an unnatural color of orange that I remember from my mother's "homemade" mac and cheese, which contained so much Velvetta. Anyway, check this place out.

I was going to give 3 stars, but then I saw they had Duquesne beer...on tap! Wow, I haven't seen…read morebeer like that since, well, since my childhood when I watched my uncles drinking it. Do yourself a favor, and just get a tall cold Duquesne and one of their hamburgers. The burgs are hand packed, the old school way and served with pub chips. It will take you back in time! Oh, and the prices aren't bad either. Just look for the little Duke sitting on top of the beer tap!

I was looking for a place with a hearty vegan option half-way between Toledo and New York City…read morewithout going too far off the highway and it seemed like Station 101 would fit the bill- a Black Bean Burger made in house, some tasty nacho options, and I even called ahead to confirm we could get a hearty vegan option, and confirmed it was! Yay! Unfortunately, when we arrived, the last Bean Burger had been sold and the black beans listed as a side were actually cooked in some heavy butter... so it became one of those stops where only French fries were the hot vegan option... because who wants a cold salad when it's 20°F?! In any case, the server was very nice about it and the Craft Beer was still vegan, and because we called ahead about the vegan burger option, they even comped the fries for running out. So- disappointed it wasn't as hearty as we hoped for a vegan on our arrival- but very kind to apologize with comped fries. For those who weren't vegan- the French Dip on ciabatta was on special and sooooo good. I don't like horseradish and it didn't overwhelm the flavor, so it was absolutely perfect! The pulled pork melt with crispy fried onions and bbq sauce was also excellent with a very crunchy buttered thick Texas toast bread. Excellent food when it's available- and hoping for a few more vegan options because Pennsylvania towns are a bit of slim pickings if you don't want to eat animal products!

I don't really care for Mother's Day brunches or buffets, but I have to admit that I was pleasantly…read moresurprised at the quality (and quantity) of food at this year's event. We opted to do a late afternoon reservation at 4:30 and were very happy and sated after enjoying all the dishes we chose. Stand outs were the fried chicken and beef filet tenderloin. The carb loading was in full force with delicious stuffed shells, Mac and cheese and pierogis. All were worthy of second helpings, although I refrained! Actually all the hot entrees were very good. The salad bar was a bit disappointing and there was no one manning the pasta station. But there was more than enough other options to make up for that. Desserts were the only place there wasn't a huge offering. Most of my group opted for the Bananas Foster. They loved it! Our server was pleasant and regularly checked in to see if we needed water or to take away dirty dishes. And the atmosphere was pleasant with an industrial vibe. Now I'd like to return for a real meal, a dinner or lunch, not a buffet.
