I placed an order online then realized I'd placed it for the wrong day, I tried to cancel online, tried calling the 800 customer service number as recommended by the online chat but it was closed on the weekend. Finally, I called the restaurant directly and the person I talked to, whose name I wish I'd gotten (manager maybe?), despite not being able to change the online order said, "I'll be here [on the day you need it] so I'll make sure we have it for you." I appreciate great customer service and kindness. And they did have our order for us on the day it was needed. Good chicken too! Thank you! read more

Their hours are NOT what they say, and when I go to one and it's already closed and called the other one, they told me to drive down here and when I do that, they're closed too. I hate to have to update my review and lower the rating but the food's gone down a lot since I wrote my first review and tonight's honestly the last straw. Tonight, we ordered popcorn chicken for me and several pieces were RAW, like still pink RAW, and I found out only after I bit into them. I'm so disgusted that I'm not sure how I'll eat anything else for the next while. We did call and the person who was on the phone was pretty rude (said there's no way it could be raw) but they did offer to replace it but, like I said, I'm too disgusted to eat. I've also had consistently bad experiences with their pot pies. It's like they don't follow their own procedures when making them and I constantly find stuff in them that's not supposed to be (skin, cartilage, dark meat). Pot pies are among my favorite things to eat, too, so I'm just constantly disappointed. I've not ordered a pot pie in months because it's a 50/50 chance that it'll be made right. And they just have massive problems getting chicken strips and popcorn chicken right. Either it's overdone and like eating leather or it's raw in the middle. I'm just so disappointed and I think I'm done with KFC. I'm afraid I'll get sick after tonight's experience. read more

I'd give a 0 for service if it allowed. I went with my granddaughter and told the order taker at least 3 times she got the kids meal for the prize. She said it was only a straw which was ok - she was excited about the straw! I then gave the order and asked about the straw at the window. This woman came over and stated I'm the one who took your order and you said she wanted the popcorn chicken. Well I have very bad eyesight and couldn't see that the "prize" was KFC and not A&W. She literally should be trained on customer service. I said "whatever" and drove off. I haven't been there in over 10 years and it will be at least that long before I go back. I'll drive to Eaton before I go there again.I tried to call for over 30 minutes because she didn't get a drink with her kids meal either - No answer. It kept dropping the call and I kept calling back. Never got through...Suggestion KFC & A&W: - if a plastic swirly straw is something to lose a customer over- "oh well"might think of adding them to all kids meals...So over customer service these days. First looked at their online menu and decided on a 2 piece fill up. Upon arrival at the drive up I ordered that item. They pushed add-ons and I said no. I was then told the price was more than $2.00 more than the advertised price. When I asked why, I was told the add on was the reason. When I again said I did not want the add-on the price only dropped a little. I pushed for a reason the price was higher than advertised and was told "oh, we dont have that deal anymore". Service was slow and the root beer I ordered turned out to be a flat diet soda. This location is the worst. read more

Do not go to this branch. Went there ordered 3 things. Was told to pull out front for some tenders. Got our bag. Surprise what we were waiting for wasn't in the bag. Call the number because you can't go inside. They said tenders were in the bag. Nope not in there. Nice girl came out gave us the tenders got home and the rest of the order was messed up as well. Wife went there last week same thing missed 3 kids orders. Wife called this time, girl said we will write it in the book or re orders for a free meal next time? Book? You have that many? If I could give ZERO stars I would. EWWW, YUCK! My husband just got back from this KFC. Went there to get the Cheetos Chicken sandwich. The ONLY reason he went. He ordered 2 Cheetos Chicken sandwiches, 1 fry & a large cole slaw. We got two regular Chicken sandwiches, a fry & a small cole slaw. He didn't look at the sandwiches before leaving. While waiting he saw one of the main workers take a fry out of the packet that was to go to a customer & eat on the line. We NEVER eat here but we thought it would be fun to try the Cheetos Chicken sandwich. We will NOT be back & we will tell everyone to not go there. To far to go back after he got home. Many years ago, I saw an interview with "The Colonel". He had recently sold the name of his business. He said he would no longer eat at KFC. He did not like what the new owners had done to the chicken. At the time, I thought the chicken was excellent, and could not distinguish much difference between his original "original recipe" and the new "original recipe". So we continued enjoying the KFC that the Colonel no longer frequented. Over the years, there were changes. We found that if you got a bucket of chicken, it seemed more moist and tasty than if you bought only a piece or a few pieces. We liked the additional styles, especially grilled. Then a few days ago we bought some KFC and allmost went into a coma. It was KFC, so we expected it to be good. So it was good, until we started telling each other what we were experiencing. "It's so salty." "There's no seasoning." "There's too much salt." "The only seasoning I taste is salt." "And it's dry." "This isn't like Kentucky Fried Chicken used to be!" And we got a little sick, I'm sorry to say. I guess our salt levels got deranged. I have had to tell myself, "Self, you will not be ordering KFC again. It will never be like it was." I am sad. I am sad that the grand administrators and recipe molesters at KFC headquarters failed to take a lesson from the great Coca-Cola fiasco of 1985. Don't mess with good. Don't fix what isn't broke. In this case. don't break what is running well. Maybe - I pray, I hope - the terrible, unseasoned, salt-infused, dry chicken we had from KFC that February day in 2012 - was a merely localized phenomenon. Maybe - I hope, I pray - all other KFCs in the world still serve moist, well-seasoned chicken without a surplus of salt. Until I find out, and I'm in no hurry to do so, I will not be buying KFC in Greeley. Subway still makes an occasional good sandwich, and MacDonald's and Burger King have not yet sunk as low. read more

If I could have given a zero I would have! Restaurant is failing. Chicken is overcooked and even the root beer was flat. We have seen a downhill failing each time over the last few months. Drive in is a risk because you don't see the product till you get home. Bought 2 piece box- wing was overcooked and breast was the same size as wing and overcooked as well. Biscuits were dried out. How many bad reviews do you need until a change is made? We'll go elsewhere, this clinched it for us! Ridiculous! We arrived about 5:30 to find drive-up over flowing, so we went in side. We found 1 person taking orders, 1 person cooking, 1 person on drive-up and about 10 people in line. The man taking orders at the counter appeared to be new. Good news for us about half of them gave up and left. The food was fine but service was so slow. Not even worth 1 star! Every Time I come to this KFC the drivethru is closed and they make you go inside. them you have at least 5-6 people waiting in line just to order. Nobody is helping them to take orders because they are trying to fill the previous orders. I will watch at least 8 employees walk around the floor and nobody bothers to jump on a register. I waited 13 minutes last time and during that time only 1 persons order was taken. I left, I tried them again and same thing. I only waited 5 minutes this time before leaving. I could not go through the drive way since I was with my car and a big trailer. So I went to the cashier and ask if I could order there but she answered "No, you should have a car to order." I was puzzled by that stupid answer given that their lobby is not open and I could not get through the small drive thru. Another woman order taker answered me back with the same response. How dumb are these people when I actually did the same thing in Panda Express or other restaurants and it was a no-brainer for the other to understand the value of customers and it was easy for me to do it to the other restaurants than this "exclusively for small cars only" type of chain.
