Absolutely rude customer service!! My first time here go through the drive through and saw they have protein bowls! Yay so I order very rudely she says what next. Uummmm Looks like I have options for my bowl white or brown rice and a few other options I was like okay whatever I then asked for a large Dr Pepper and I don't under the completely rude attitude but she said we don't have that! This particular location, when you first walk in, it's quite with some back ground music and a very very clean result that. When I went to place my order, the employee was super nice and so friendly. For my food I of course ordered two tacos and I also got the bacon double smashed jack combo. On it comes with two beef patties, hickory smoked bacon , cheese, pickles, grilled onions and boss sauce on a brioche bun. So in the picture this looks so amazing and full of flavor and goodness. Okay, so I have a guilty pleasure for 2 items at Jack in the Box. So to my excitement they finally opened a location near me. I ordered the # 21 Croissant with bacon and side hash brown. I got a Luke warm #22 with sausage. Cheese wasn't melted or even warm! Hash brown was decent and was hot, so win win. Place is clean given they opened up less than a week ago. Service was nice, unfortunately screwed up the order. Hopefully they will get the bugs worked out and will probably stop in some time for my second go to the sourdough burger. The drive-thru line looked a little long so my family and I decided to order inside. Our order was taken right away, but the food took forever to be ready for us. I ordered a combo that should of came with curly fries, but when my husband ordered another combo that comes with regular fries he asked if it could be replaced with curly fries and it wasn't until then that the cashier mentioned they were out of curly fries for the night. The soda station's floors were super sticky and there weren't any more large cup lids. The employees looked like they didn't want to be there, you can see that their screen was full of orders, and one even came in and said "3 more cars just pulled up" in an annoyed tone. I wish I could leave no stars. We moved here from Southern CA where we grew up with Jack in the box. As long as I can remember we always had good experiences, until GREELEY. This Jack has NEVER gotten our order correct and we have been generous in giving them chance after chance. There is always food missing, gross or out. I have never been to a Jack in the box where they ran out of chicken tenders or tacos. The drive thru always takes forever. Once I went in to see if that was faster, nope. Sticky floors and rotten smell. The employees clearly do not want to be there, customer service is a foreign language to them. All of them, even the one that appears to be a manager. I grew up with Jack in the crack, when saw that Jack in the box was opening I was stoked to have a little bit of childhood in my new home town. I told my kids about it and drove past it every day on my commute waiting for it to open. Finally did... Spent 30 some odd bucks bought everybody everthing I thought they might like. Food was good, service was slow but they were busy so understandable. Now to my 1 star review, it might seem silly after all that build up and good food, but if I spend 30-40 dollars, or 12 to eat alone, I don't expect to pay for condiments. I don't leave reviews often but I noticed it's the same girl that took my order last time & she was also really great that time as well. You guys need to hire a night crew that actually works. I came by last night and we sat in the drive through for a good 5 minutes with no answer. The person in line before us pulled in after us to see if they could get an answer. When we drove by the windows we saw 3 employees ducking behind the counter. We only saw them because they kept peeking out to see if there were any customers. So check your cameras to check this. It was around 12:30 am on 8/15/21. Either there's employees hiding when you should be open, or "the system is down". You have completely lost my business and I'm much happier giving it to Burger King or Mc Donald's. Please LQQK at your internal camera footage from today 4/10/21 9:30am - 9:50am ... you will see a lot of food backing up for people at the drive thru while employees make food for themselves, and eat it, on the line..... Pay special attention to the young man with his nose hanging out.... and then 3 employees go on break (while food and orders are backed up) .. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.. I thought I'd try their iced coffee and since I was the only one in the drive through it'd be quick and fast. WRONG!!! She didn't even ask me what flavor and she proceeded to tell me to pull up to the second window. Right then I knew they were short staffed cause she was getting orders ready for the lobby. She eventually took the coupon from me but failed to ask me what flavor yet again. She told me a wrong total and I was like what ? Then she told me a d amount again and by then she finally asked me what flavor and then third times the charm when she got the right amount. She then proceeded to tell me to pull around to the front of the restaurant. As I left I saw 2 more cars come through the drive through. I ordered through grub hub. I ordered for 4 people. I kept checking for the delivery driver. After an hour, I checked grub hub. My order was canceled without any warning. I came into the store and stood in front of the register. I was the only one in the store. No one would acknowledge me. There was a young black man with dreadlocks pacing back and forth doing absolutely nothing. He purposely avoided making eye contact with me until I called out to him while raising my hand and waving at him. I told him I was ready to get my order taken. He stated, "I don't take orders!" and he turned his back on me and walked away. Another young man finally came to the register to take my order. I asked that employee what the name of the man is who told me he doesn't take orders. First he told me Isaac, and then stated he really did not know. It is absolutely ridiculous that these young people want to get paid $12 or $15 dollars an hour. They are absolutely oblivious to the fact that there job is so much more easier when they demonstrate excellent customer skills. When they allow their egos and pride to dictate how they treat your customers, that is when they get irate and rude customers, and then their jobs seem so much harder. I will never set foot in this Jack in the Ghetto ever again; and I will make it a point to tell people to avoid going there. I work just about 50 yards away from this Jack. No doubt many of my fellow employees will consider going to this Jack for lunch. And if they care to hear me out, I will suggest they go to the many other options that are just as near to our work place. Options like Taco Bell, Burger King, Dominos, and Dickie's. One would think that when you set up shop among so much competition, you would ensure your employee's customer service skills will be the determining factor when customers choose where to go. read more

The 1st 2 times nobody ever answered me at the drive thru.
