This place is the worst. We have walked out twice because they didn't have chicken breasts! It's KFC, how do they never have breasts?

Paid 5+ "large size" that only contained about 24 old pieces of popcorn nuggets. this is the 2nd time they give me old food that ain't even fresh! Even though I asked if it was fresh they said just coming out. I used to work at a kfc for a few years I know what fresh looks and taste and this wasn't it. Waste of money! I ordered $50 worth of food online. I arrived to the store to try to receive my pick order and the door was locked so I couldn't even enter the building. I went through the drive thru to be told by the employee they didn't have any food prepared and that I would have to reach out to the 1 800 number to get my refund. I am currently out $50 and have to wait till sometime tomorrow to hopefully get my Money back. I will only be returning to This store to tell this manager what a lousy excuse for a crew he has running his restaurant while he isn't there. This KFC sucks. I do not recommend to anyone! There could be people less fortunate than I am and they would be in a tough situation tonight trying to figure out how to feed their family. I should have read the reviews before going to this location. Most of the ladies were not friendly. Ordered a $20 fill up and only got dark meat, and I don't eat dark meat. They also got our sides wrong. Since when is mac n' cheese part of this special? Tried to call them. They answered on the 3rd call and said the $20 fill up is only legs and thighs. Has this changed? I've ordered this meal numerous times at other locations and it has always been 2 breasts, 2 wings, 2 thighs, 2 legs. Not worth the money if they're only handing out dark meat. Nowhere is this mentioned in the store and the lady who answered the phone had no interest in helping me. Don't go here! You have let me down KFC. We have tried this new location several times since they opened. Started going inside so we could check the order before leaving because we were tired of receiving a bucket of wings when we paid extra for better pieces of chicken. Customer service was also poor at the drive thru. Quality of food is usually good but last night the biscuits were not fluffy and were hard as rocks. If i could put 0 stars i could. Its the worse nightmare. One of the first times i come to these locations and it has been the worse experience in my life. There are no words to explain how bad the food is. They are just taking up the space for another fast food franchise to occupy itself there. There was no manager visible, they had no plates nor napkins nor refreshments available. The place was very dirty and didn't even get 'cleaned' until i asked someone to do it. I was constantly ignored by a blonde white girl named 'star' i believe and when i was able to get her attention she lied saying she didn't see us and then started crying. Not to mention when we got there she was already crying and a worker mentioned it wasn't her first time acting that way in front of customers. Everyone was on their phone instead of changing out the trash or replacing the refreshments except a spanish speaking lady who actually seemed to want to help. Very disappointed we ended up leaving with most of our food and not to mention they didn't even have half the menu available. There was a point where the girl 'star' was telling workers to no longer take any orders. If i could stand outside the location and tell people to not order there I would. As it seems with everyone else in the comment section, i would definitely agree to having this location be taken out, the workers are going to have this franchise end because of the many bad experiences. If someone went to do a food inspection here, they wouldn't have to order food to see that it needs to be shut down. We are working all week just so that the money can be bad spent in places like this. Terrible customer service. The employees also seem to think that the owner won't care about the terrible employees that have been hired there and any complaints they are sent. The bucket of chicken are horrible. It's super dry and tough. I ordered the French fries twice and both time they were hard and cold. It's pretty disgusting. DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THROUGH!!!! I was in line for 30 minutes when there were only 3 cars in front of me. Very awful and slow service. There was nothing to do about it either so we had to just sit in line. I didn't even want to order anything anymore by the time I got there. I'm not sure why the employees don't just tell the cars in the drive through to park and they'll bring it out to you. I literally live 3 min away & I was so happy to see we were opening a KFC nearby. But I seriously have nothing nice to say about this location. Very bad customer service. The fastest service, quality, and accuracy I have had in a long time from any fast food place. We ordered a good size order and got to the window paid for it and the food was right there! I had the worst meal ever here. I got a chicken breast biscuit drink combo. The supposedly chicken breast had a neck bone in it. There was hardly any meat at all and I complained. No luck first time complaint. Went back again for a second complaint to the manager. Same lady I talk to the first time LOL I demanded a better piece of chicken or my money back. After complaining, she finally gave me another piece of chicken. Guess what, this piece of chicken was not much better than the first one I had. 5/20/21 8pm I'll give credit to where credit is due. The drive thru lane moved quickly which was very pleasant, however they still managed to get my order wrong even after the lady repeated it to me. Also no receipt was given with the order and the tea was so distasteful I had to dump it down the drain. This happened seven months ago and I'm still sad to see they're exactly the same and nothing has changed. I am very disgusted in the customer service at this restaurant. There have been multiple instances in which we have attempted to eat here, however they're closed without any signage. Today I ordered on their app. When I arrived to pick my food up, the doors were locked. Another customer was inside the waiting area and let me in because I stated I had already paid, the staff inside were refusing to do so. Once inside, the staff members, mainly who I assumed was a manager, was VERY rude. I informed her I ordered on the app to which her response was, "well it shouldn't have let you, we're closed." I again informed her I ordered and she stated they were "out of food, so you're not getting it anyway." I asked her how I could obtain a refund and she told me I would have to figure it out on the app myself. I asked if she had a number I could call for support and she gave me a 480 number. As I walked out and called the number, I found it was not a number that worked. When I turned around to get a good number, the door was locked and everyone inside the building refused to further support and continued to stand and laugh instead of help. Even one star right now is too much for what I paid for! We did drive through and picked up an 8 piece thigh and Fries, along with some other sides and went home to eat. Every piece of chicken did'nt even resemble a thigh, it was dry, overcooked, which i should say, reheated repeatedly and the fries were so over heated, it was ridiculous. I was trying to find some meat on the thigh, but there literally was none. We threw it out and I called the manager to complain. Thinking they could make it right, give us a credit for next time but I was told to come back with the chicken and they would replace it. I then told her I did'nt live close by but we come in now and then and never had a problem like that. She then said no matter when i come in, I just have to bring them their chicken back. Tried this location several times. Not one has been a good experience. The workers are always rude especially the female usually in the drive thru. I'm not sure if anyone will ever see this but man... hire people who want the job because this service is AWFUL. Every time I have gone, I'm charged for stuff that I don't receive. So, I pulled into the drive through today at around 4:20pm (8/24/21). I had a few cars in front of me. When I got to the speaker I asked for a 16 piece, chicken only 1/2 and 1/2. I was very a matter of factly advised that they were 30-40 minutes out on chicken. When I asked if they were serious, I was quite rudely advised they were. At a loss, I just said okay I will just drive through then. As I sat waiting for the cars to clear, I observed bucket after bucket being handed out the drive through window to cars in front of me. I just had to ask at this point, so I stopped at the window. I really believe they were trying to avoid me as it too about 2 minutes for someone to finally come to the window, after looking over many times. I asked how a CHICKEN fast food joint could be 30-40 minutes on a single order of CHICKEN. I was advised they did not have a cook and that a cook would not be in for an hour. Curious, I asked how they were 30-40 minutes out on chicken if they would not have a cook for an hour and where were they getting the chicken for the buckets given to the cars in front of me. The reply, "Well, we have chicken, just not that much." I have absolutely no idea just what that means. I just said bye and left. Anyhow, I could go on about many other minor issues we have had since they opened, but I want to keep this specific. Go here at your own peril.
