I always hate to post a bad review because so many people rely on business to make a living and feed their families but this one is a must. My wife went to the drive-through today to buy some food for some friends of ours and the so-called manager , Breezy, in the drive-through had asked my wife to move into a another spot and my wife said why can't I stay here there's nobody behind me and I don't want to go in the sun and the lady said because I said so and my wife said but there's nobody behind me when somebody comes behind me then I'll move why should I have to move and she said because I'm telling you to and she said no I'll just stay here and if somebody comes behind me then I will move. And my wife said you know for somebody in the Foodservice business you're being pretty rude and Breezy said she didn't care and my wife said you shouldn't be in this in the service business then she said I don't care. She asked if there was a manager to speak to and she said we don't have a manager. When my wife asked for her name she said I don't have to give it to you and my wife said, OK got her got her food and moved on. So a couple hours later on my way home from work I went into speak to a manager and I stood at the counter for a good 3-4 minutes while four people in the back just did whatever it was they were doing and ignored me. Then a new girl clocked in and the same girl who gave my wife poor Customer Service told her to give me this big bag of food obviously not knowing who I was, and when she handed me the food and the two drinks I told the girl wow that's awesome I get a bunch of food and I haven't paid for anything yet. The girl looked shocked and then put the food away and asked how can I help you. I asked to speak to a manager and the same girl my wife spoke to came up and said how can I help you and I asked her if she was the manager and she said yes and and I asked her about my wife going in the drive-through and how she could speak to her the way she did when nobody was behind her and she did not want to go park in the hot sun she said I remember your wife and that's none of your business I didn't speak to you I spoke to her. I said that's a terrible attitude and she said she didn't care and I told her I would file a complaint against her she told me go right ahead I won't get fired anyway and I asked her her name and she refused to give me her name and said my name is on the receipt and I said fine. I said we will see about you having a job she said fine I'm not going to get fired anyway. It's a sad day when a company who has been in business as long as Kentucky fried chicken hires these people who have no right to be the face of their company because they provide poor customer service. As long as this young lady is at that store I will never ever buy anything from them again. My wife spent $40 today on food to take to our sick friends and had to put up with that type of attitude. Breezy should be fired for her extremely poor customer service and disgusting attitude . We both were shocked at her attitude and look forward to when we can go back to KFC. read more

Less than 1 star. I know it is hard to find good help but there should be a supervisor that cares. Our order was not ready or even started when we arrived. When we got home we were missing items. They did bless us with the smallest pieces of chicken. I tried calling KFC and no one picked up. Being from Kentucky I am so disappointed. This Colonel ruins 4th of July dinner. The family was excited to schedule and prepay for a big KFC Chicken meal for the holiday. This KFC closes at 8 pm per our day before call scheduling our dinner. We had a 6pm pick up and arrived 545 expecting a wait for our large expensive order. To our surprise we find our food shoved into a corner obviously prepared hours earlier. The food is cold and oily. The heat lamps are off and the food is cold to the touch. Our container of lemonade is hot and leaking to which the manager says it was ok earlier and quickly ads that she won't replace or refund anything. The manager explained everything was off in anticipation of closing at 8 pm. Being disappointed would be a nice way to say it, this was pure BS. We took the prepaid trash home and reheated it. Everyone was upset. This store doesn't care about quality or service. They don't care about you. read more

If I could give a minus star/stars I would. This location is the WORST. Wonder if the owner/manager has any idea what goes on within his store. We stopped in there about a month sent a compliant to the corp office at the time & swore I would never go back again, but today my spouse wanted to stop so I gave in My compliant I submitted (with no response) was about, food, service & the ambiance. Employees parked in handicapped spaces, knew they were employees as there was no one inside but us. Not a clean table, one table had customer's garbage piled on the table, maybe the people couldn't clear the table as the trash cans were overflowing with trash & on the floor. While the employees stood in the back chatting, no one in the drive thru. Then to top it all off when we got our order it was WRONG. Today when we stopped 3 employees had their cars parked in the 2 handicapped spaces, no respect for the parking spaces for people that need to use. No one inside so you know it was employees. Waited 45 minutes (we should have left sooner) for order & finally ask what is going on? Do you have to kill the chicken? All 4-5 employees were having a disagreement there finally 1-2 came to the front, we told them we wanted our money & the employee didn't know what to do & had the assistant manger come. It was finally explained they didn't have chicken & were waiting for it to get done, really you couldn't say that before we ordered & paid? Got our money back. Out of two orders, KFC got both of them majorly wrong. One was a special order, which they insisted was filled correctly and they would not take the time to show me that it was all there. They just gave me the bag and dismissed me, even though there was no line. The second order was a very easy, basic order, and they gave us the wrong drinks. One of the chicken pieces was really small. If you want the correct order given to you, don't go here. They are more concerned with pushing you out the door than they are about getting the order correct. read more

The chicken was overly salted and extremely greasy to where the skin was falling off. The mashed potatoes and fries were also overly salted. The mac and cheese was just okay but it was the best part of our meal. The food was barely tolerable and we only ate it because we were hungry and wanted to give KFC another shot. While the food was good, as always, the order was not what was expected. I ordered 12 piece chicken only, thighs and drums. What I got in the bucket was 2 thighs, 1 wing and 8 drums. Yes, that is only 11 pieces. I only discovered this after I got home. Be aware of this and check your order before leaving the store. Next time I will insis on a court and view before leaving. This is my second time visiting their drive through and just spent $45 for a meal dinner and the food was not fresh. Biscuits were hard also. When I called the manager to complain, he first apologized and said he could exchange it if I brought it back. Because it was a 15 mins drive I explained to him I wouldn't be making the drive back but wanted to let him know customers expect fresh food going to a chicken restaurant not old stale food. Went to this restaurant tonight only to find out they were closed inside except for internet orders. I was surprised as they had 4 employees working. The reason I was given was they were waiting for another employee to show up. We got in the drive through and there was a sign that said thighs and legs only, and a small drink selection that was also listed. WHAT THE HELL IS GOUNG ON? This has got to be the worst KFC I have ever ordered food from. This is my second try to get some great KFC chicken from this location on Yuma Road in Goodyear, Az. I placed an online order for two chicken . sandwich meals, a side of coleslaw, a side of mashed potatoes and gravy and nuggets. The order process seemed to go well but when we got to the store at the determined pickup time the order wasn't ready and after waiting 15 min the order was all wrong. The ppl behind the counter were less than helpful to straighten out the mess they created and then were really rude about the whole thing. The chicken in the sandwiches was very overcooked, too hard to bite into, the fries were soaked in grease and the mashed potatoes were very salty. In short, most of the meal was inedible. Horrible and slow service. I'm vegetarian and wanted just a mashed potato bowl with corn and cheese asked for no chicken. The girl rushed me off even though I wasn't done ordering to go tell her co-worker my order was "ridiculous". They decided to add extra chicken to my bowl. More then half ended up being chicken as I pulled it out for my husband to eat, which is way more than he ever gets in his famous bowls. They just wanted to be jerks because I told her I could hear her and I wasn't done ordering. Worst experience I've had. I didn't think it would be a big deal to simply not add the chicken. I ordered a 8 piece bucket of chicken tenders and when I get home it's not tenders its chicken pieces and to top it off it's six legs which I hate. I pay 21 dollars for legs. Seems like to push me through drive thru quicker they threw what ever they had sitting there because they didn't have all the chicken pieces. To top it off chicken tasted like it had been there for awhile. Back to Frys for chicken. Never going there again. read more

Staff are friendly, I have ordered the 16 pc meal here twice, first time they only gave me 15 pcs, okay probably a honest mistake, today I ordered the 16 pc meal and they only put 12 pcs in the bucket, sorry but that's not an honest mistake, that's just pure laziness and lack of care! Also, take pride on cooking the recipes, the sides of Mac and cheese were partly burnt. This place has been awful lately. Stay away. The employees don't care and throw everything together like garbage. They are always out of items, no bags, chicken, honey, butter, tenders, and can't print a receipt. Also, they lock the lobby. Get it together KFC.
