Went to this place for an afternoon meal. We ordered one sandwich and a 12 piece chicken nugget combo. There was no one in front of us and no one behind us. The person talking to us who the speaker was friendly and then not friendly. I said can we have a large Coke and she said do you mean a large Pepsi in a not so nice voice. No actually I meant a large Coke but I didn't know that they only had Pepsi. A nicer way to say that is we only serve Pepsi. Would that be OK? Anyway, her tone was harsh, but after learning that she was the only person running the business that day I understand that she was probably very frustrated. After we came to the window and paid for our food, The worker asked if we would please pull forward and she would bring the food out. I saw that there was a car at the drive-through behind me, so I did pull forward, a move that I regret. She helped the next three cars and they all left with their food and I'm still parked waiting for my chicken nugget combo and sandwich. I walked inside, the place looks depressing. It's plain. It's a little bit dirty, it had pleasant music, but definitely not a place. I'd want to sit down and eat. They had some Halloween decorations up, although they were sparse and did not look festive at all. There was another customer standing at the counter other than that I could see no one so I yelled out "hello!" A woman walked out and I said you've helped three cars behind me and still haven't helped me. Is there a problem with my order? She said no, you were the sandwich in the nuggets right -- I'll get it right now. Then I noticed there was no one else in the store I said are you working here by yourself? And she said - Yep. I don't know how she expected to leave the store, walk out and bring me my food. I honestly don't know how long I would've been waiting if I hadn't been assertive and walked inside. I will never be back at this location again. There's a lot of other businesses that serve chicken! I wish I would've read the reviews before I got in the drive-through line, but I've always enjoyed KFC so I didn't know what I didn't know! They got me in, my order was correct and they were pretty fast. I don't know if this is a corporate store or franchise store, it doesn't really matter they delivered. I was hoping to have an efficient exchange and they granted that wish. I like this location I come here as often as I can it's near major through fairs so I can get in and off of the major roads. The service was good and that my attendant checked all the blocks. They don't have any competition nearby and that's normally the recipe for bad service, but they keep their standard High. read more

I went to pickup my food. The staff was alright, not warm at all. The Bag was tied up, so it was difficult to check. Got home, realized my chicken was inedible (dark brown oil all throughout the box, no spice on chicken and covered in insane amounts of oil or grease like it was old grease used. All of my sides were missing and the biscuits were 50/50. Half were normal sized and some were the size of a half-dollar or less. As I am 20 mins out, I tried to call over there to talk to someone but no one answered during multiple calls. I always try to let businesses rectify issues, but due to the distance, it wasn't feasible as I had to go back to work. KFC corporate only issued a partial refund of 50%, despite over 70% of my meal being missing or ruined, but glad to get something back. I understand people make mistakes but how is it possible that every time I go there is a Spanish older lady at the window and not only is she rude but always forgets one or two items from my order and then gets mad when you drive around to let her know that items are missing. So my husband ordered our lunch yesterday online for pick up. According to the website there will be a shelf inside and your order will be tagged with your name. When I go in there is one single order on the shelf for a Dave M. My order is not on the shelf. I politely ask the lady behind the counter when my order will be ready as I need to head back to work. She asks for the name and I tell her its under Dave. She points at the shelf and says it's there. I look back at the shelf and tell her its not my order as it says Dave M and my order is for Dave T. She comes around the counter and looks at it and tells me to just take that one. WHAT?!? This is not my order and I do not drink lemonade. At this point she starts rolling her eyes and talking to another lady in the kitchen in Spanish. She tells me someone "stole" my order and again to just take the one on the shelf for Dave M. I calmly explain that I want the order that was ordered. She throws up her hands again and speaks in Spanish to the other lady who I am presuming to be the cook. She at this time tells me she does not have my order and is really becoming rude at this point. Now it takes a lot to make me upset enough to be rude back just because I work retail. I know what it is like to be short handed and frustrated. But this was becoming ridiculous. I calmly asked how long it would take to replace my order and here is where it gets interesting. She asks me to identify myself to prove I am picking up an order for Dave T...MY HUSBAND! She snotty tells me five minutes and it's clear she does not want to remake the order. More hand throwing, rolling eyes and speaking in Spanish to the other lady. I go back to the car and call my husband to let him know what is going on. Now her hands are full and nothing to write with so she is again rolling her eyes at me. I finally have enough and ask her why she is rolling her eyes at me and not releasing my food to me. I have given her all the information requested. At this point she takes out her phone and requests the confirmation number again and she types it on her phone. She goes back into the store taking my food with her. She comes back out with my food and a tablet telling me she cannot release my food as its not the right number. I ask for the receipt where it clearly shows Dave T. I also ask for her name which is Olivia and she says she is the manager. As I am looking at the receipt the confirmation number that I gave her twice is clearly on the ticket. I pointed this out and she is arguing telling me that is not the number that she has. I tell her I'm not arguing I want my food so I can eat it while it is hot and she reluctantly hands it over. Seriously its not my fault someone accidentally grabbed my lunch by mistake! I did call KFC to report it and was given a claim number as they are crediting my lunch. The Owner/Manager is supposed to reach out to me but so far its been crickets. We placed an online order two hours ago from KFC's website and they called us to tell us they didn't have any more chicken and would have to make more and it would be an additional wait time or we could sub for something else.
