Placed an order thru the drive thru...didnt realize someone was at the first window because the windows are darkened. Went to the window, the older woman at the window was nasty...rude...angry, loudly argued with me because I had missed the first window. Practically tossed my food to me. I spoke to the so called Manager "Samone"...all she said repeatedly "I apologize "...BS...then she said "I can't control what she does". Honestly...your a manager...your responsibility is to make sure your employees give adequate customer service regardless. Bad management....bad customer service. The worker with the red tattoo was very rude to customers and the food took forever to come out. When someone asked about their food she laughed at them and was not calling out numbers so no one knew whose food was whose. The quality of the food has plummeted while the prices go up. Because of the reason is why I haven't gone to KFC in years. I had a craving for fried chicken today and stopped on my way home. As I pulled up I noticed a lot of people standing outside in the back parking lot. The lady in the drive-thru took my order and told me to pull up. There was no one in the front at all. Then I seen the lady that just took my money dealing with someone inside. I turned off my car thinking this will be awhile since all the employees are outside and with only one inside. The same lady got my food. The whole time I was there no one else came in the store. Customers were entering the building as they stood outside. Felt bad for that one lady inside. Plus when I got home the biscuits were hard and dry. The chicken was tiny little pieces, not big meaty chicken. Back in the day there was meat on the bones. Now nothing. I arrived before midnight, well within the posted business hours, but the KFC side was already closed. To make matters worse, the Taco Bell menu was extremely limited because the steamer and grill had already been shut down. If the store is advertised as being open until 12, customers should be able to order from the full menu until closing time. This was disappointing and felt like a waste of time. read more

Was passing through during traveling. We're not from this area but we came through the drivethru and had our food in less than 5 minutes from the speaker to the window. We ordered two meals from both KFC and TacoBell and to say it was delicious is an understatement. The food was made perfectly! Fresh, correct, and very good. We stopped here for dinner. We had a coleslaw with breast meat. The dinner was was good. However, I asked for extra crispy, and they gave me original recipe. The cost for the two dinners was reasonable. The Customer service was good, and the place was clean, looks fairly new. If you're looking for a cheap meal, KFC is the place to go. read more

Worst KFC ever. They mess up the order EVERY SINGLE TIME. Doesn't matter if you get the KFC part of the place or the Taco Bell part, always messed up. On top of that the employees are the rudest, most condescending people ever, including the manager, Joe. How this place has not been condemned and shut down now by now is beyond me. I give you a one because their is no Zero. Worst KFC I ever had. Chicken was old and dry. Skin so dry you couldn't eat it and it was original recipe. Chicken even tasted old. The only reason they get two stars is because of the sweet lady that's always working the register around lunch hours, she's the only employee there worth keeping, all the others are rude and snotty when engaging with customers. Worst fast food service I've ever received. I went through the drive thru and was waiting for an hour. They didn't even have half the items on their menu let alone te Baja blast. We literally ordered only 2 things and they forgot half of it and managed to take an hour bribing it out on top of being rude. I stopped yesterday about 2 PM and got the eight piece meal deal it is the worst chicken I have ever received from KFC. Had to wait approx 25 min in line with 4 people ahead of me. The cashier finally took my order. I told her debit and she put through as credit. The KFC is located inside of the Taco Bell. The workers are the same as Taco Bell. I ordered Wedges, they tasted great and came out quick.

If there's 1 car ahead of you, you might as well save some time and drive right next door to Wegmans to buy all the ingredients, cook, and eat a taco in the same amount of time it takes to get through the drive through. Food is mediocre as compared to other taco bells/KFCs read more
