What's going on? Is the owner of this franchise deliberately trying to run this KFC into the ground. we have been watching this place go down hill for a couple of years, but the latest is awe-jaw-dropping. pulled up to the drive thru..........nothing. A guy came out smoking a cigarette and said "we're kinda running slow today. We waited longer........nothing. drove on around to the window. Nothing.........finally knocked on the window. The service was spicy to those who were coming in due to lacking items in their orders. It was treated as a major inconvenience to have to get someone their additional order of fries. Next, tables aren't cleaned & we waited until there was about 5 people in line before we were greeted to order. I understand there was about 2 cars in the drive thru, but that was frustrating. We came in at 1:38pm and received our food at 2:06. A staff member came out to inform the gentleman in front of us that the reason there was gonna be an additional 2 minutes added to our wait was because we were waiting for more food to be prepared. 10/11/25 I work for a mobile app service and this location is always very slow and not very good customer service but when a customer chooses to come in a spend money to feed a crew of workers and waits more then 10 minutes to be acknowledged and I let them know they get rude to the point I speak to management that is standing outside is absolutely ridiculous but this is almost everytime im in this location which is on a regular basis because of the app read more

I waited for 35 minutes to even place my order in the drive through then I had to wait for another 45 minutes to even get my food then on top of that they waited until after I paid to tell me they were out of chicken breast not going back slow and not forthcoming with what they don't have read more

it is sad when an entire crew looks disappointed in life and confused as to who is doing what and how. I have not been here and I live local in years because of how bad it has been. however I came in because my dads wife insisted she wanted to go.....I did......I don't k ow who owns this one but they have got to do a better job for their employees and their x customers. from watching the service line and the front line, it is very apparent they did not and have not received good positive and supportive training. food service itself is not easy and does not pay great! they need help, support and good management. read more

do not go there, they will forget about your order right after you ordered it. I ordered some food from there, and waited for 20 minutes just then to say that they do not have some kind of food that I ordered. just don't go there, it's really dirty in this kfc right now. read more

This is a tacobell kfc combo. When i went in I was greeted by two pieces of chicken on a plate that apparently had been returned, they looked like they had been scorched to smithereens.. Then I waited for 8 minutes to get noticed, and 3 more after acknowledgement. Normally at a TB i just hang out near the register, this one you get the drift that it is going to be a while before you see any food. So i went to get wha I was hoping was diet mtn dew but turned out to be regular dew. Looking at the fountain there was no diet of any kind. The regular pop is just like cough syrup to me. Water was not even an option as it was out of order. Then, where are the napkins? None of those, also no forks or sauces, I guess you have to ask. I ended up having to use my hands for what fell out of the taco after I got them. I waited another 10 mins for those BTW. Felt bad for the guy working as he appeared to be the only one trying to do something, and he was obviously conditioned to automatically apologize to everyone by default. Not the fault of the restaurant but some kid was out in the parking lot hawking loogies and then came in and sat down near me trying to sump out substances that must have been buried deep in his sinuses. Followed by broadcasted uncovered coughs. The tacos seemed OK but based on the environment you have to wonder what stories they could tell. I have to change my clothes now as i smell like burnt grease. I cant tell if i feel sick or not right now, but just have an overall wierdness feel. This is my third and last time in three years, i thought the last two times were flukes as this used to be a good place to eat. read more

I walked in and the floors were sticky and wet and when I went to the bathroom there was urine in the sink. Also, I waited upwards of 15 minutes for someone to come the register and take my order. Also, the cashier could not figure out how to take an order while the rest of the staff was outside messing around on what appeared to be a motorized scooter and then took the scooter behind the counter where the food was prepared. After that when we got our food after waiting another 15 minutes I had 9 nacho fries in my container and it smelled of vape smoke in the dining area. read more

No going to give it any star. Was there for a snack watched a crew member touch chicken with no gloves on addressed it to the manager on duty. He told me that the kfc crew does not have to ware gloves due to new policy. When I told him that was a health risk he said it doesn't matter new policy says that kfc crew does not have to ware gloves when handling food. read more

We were in Nauvoo, Illinois for the weekend and discovered that this was basically the closest chain fast food place available. It's a KFC/Taco Bell, family owned, nice, clean, etc. I have no complaints. And I got to have mashed potatoes with my tacos. Yay! read more
