However, I was refused the District manager's number. This was he lied to me about who spoke to my daughter, Jonna Williams. At first he said "we" spoke to her. Then changed to only his district manager spoke to her. I asked if Jonna was in place where she would feel comfortable to voice her concerns. My daughter was not in comfortable situation to express herself openly about her experiences. Jonna was asked in front Aryssa Montroy about an incident where the Aryssa called her a 'cotton picker' on her 3rd day off employment. Yes, Jonna did explain to Aryssa that the term she used to describe Jonna is a DEROGATORY term and made her uncomfortable. However, she decided to state "it's only racist if you take it that way" Since we made the report. She has been yelled at by another coworker named Tasiana in front customers. A customer told my daughter not to listen to them she was doing great. That same employee decided to go over to walgreens and state many things. Such as they are to be careful around Jonna because she is a "snitch". Neither employees or the MANAGER have been reprimanded. I would deeply appreciate a timely response.
