I ordered ahead on the app. Get to the restaurant, give them my name for my order and the cashier looked confused. They had given my order to someone else. There's a large LED screen with everyone's order status updates that you can see from outside looking through the window. All you have to do is walk in and tell them the name you see on the screen from outside and they'll hand over the order that has already been paid for. They don't ask for your order number or identification, they just hand it over. So needless to say I had to wait another 20 minutes to get the food I ordered re-made. They did at least throw in extra wings to try and make up for it but I doubt I'll order there again. Just a heads up read more

First time at WingStop, they closed for 2-months to rebuild. Went in on Tuesday ordered wings Hawaiian flavor the wings appeared to be freezer burnt an the leg portion was so tough and dry you could hardly swallow it. They were not acceptable too even serve, the fries a little too salty but otherwise good. Come on dump the 2-month old freeze burnt wings and buy fresh ones if you intend on surviving with this business. Service could be better if you acknowledge new customers not only the ones you know. I made an order at 1:30 PM for a 5:15 pick up. It's 5:30 and I still haven't gotten my food yet. The girl at the front has terrible customer service skills and visibly ignored a customer in front of me. Love the food but the service is so bad I won't come here again. read more

The last two times I've been there they have messed up my order. The first time they forgot my ranch and they made us wait an extra 30 to 45 minutes after we waited 30 minutes before we got there and when I said something about it this young kid young boy who was working there said to me after I made a comment about it that I wouldn't come back he told me "fine then don't come back!" The most recent time that they got my order wrong I ordered a 10-piece wing and after getting home, 15 mi away, I realize that they had only given me six wings. This time when I called them back I was not happy they gave me to another young gentleman I guess he's the acting manager and of course I was not happy over the phone about the situation I said to him it's a $10 round trip for me to drive to Burlington and back in gas alone can you maybe give me a couple extra wings or something to compensate me for the hassle and he said no that all he could do was replace the wings that I had already purchased and was shorted on my order. I said well any other company would try to make up for it this is the first time I've heard of a business that wouldn't try to right a wrong with the discount coupon or something anything to apologize for their incompetence. Then the kids tells me to give them more respect the next time that I interact with them, like I'm supposed to be sweet and polite over disrupting my meal plans with my guests at home. The food here is always great. I have only gotten boneless wings, but the parmesan garlic, lemon pepper, and Hawaiian have all been 10/10. I love their cheese fries too-- the voodoo fries are just ok in my opinion. Every time I get food to go, the order is ALWAYS correct. Me and my girl order from the place almost 4 or 5 x a week. and we have NO COMPLAINTS. Wingstop is the best chicken place invented. This store in general has great employees that give us great deal of respect. There NEW HOT HONEY IS AMAZING. Keeping it on there is a blessing. I can't tell you how excited I am to give this new wing stop a 5 star rating. I'm from Texas and I have missed wing stop! It was delicious, clean, very nice employees, and great music.
