There's a large LED screen with everyone's order status updates that you can see from outside looking through the window. All you have to do is walk in and tell them the name you see on the screen from outside and they'll hand over the order that has already been paid for. They don't ask for your order number or identification, they just hand it over. So needless to say I had to wait another 20 minutes to get the food I ordered re-made. They did at least throw in extra wings to try and make up for it but I doubt I'll order there again. Just a heads up

My curry was underseasoned and a bit lackluster so it was a miss for me, but I did like the Dan Dan Noodles which I would probably get next time if it's still on the menu.
