Went to get food for my dad, had this woman come out with already torn bags and as soon as she puts it through my window gravy spills everywhere. Didn't try to give us napkins or a refund I had to walk up to a drive through window and ask for those things. Absolutely unacceptable and the way they treated us throughout the whole experience was disgusting considering my boyfriend had gravy in his charging port, down his pants and GRAVY all over my car. read more

Worst KFC I've ever been at. One of the employees had a 4-5 yr little boy sitting in the booth by himself blasting cellphone videos. Cute little boy and hats off for the guy working but super inappropriate and annoying as hell. The whole restaurant is dirty, including the tables, floors, and bathroom. Chicken was horrid. Got a 12 piece meal with 3 sides. Sides were normal. Chicken went in the damn trash. Got half extra crispy and half original and everything was so soggy you couldn't tell the difference between the two. For $43 before tax the food should be phenomenal. Will absolutely never go back. Years ago this location was one of the best throughout the USA. Over the years the food here is not near as good and like everything else, prices are ridiculously high for what you get. The employees try to do a good job, but staffing isn't what it used to be either. Last two of three times I ask for extra crispy and end up with original recipe. Plus it tasted like it last nights chicken put it a warmer. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. An example is another fast food chicken (and pizza) place located just across the street and around the corner. Can you say Pizza Ranch? Went to the KFC in Burlington Iowa today. Ordered the $20 bucket, original recipe, mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, and biscuits. Got home it was extra crispy and extremely well done. The biscuits could be used for hockey pucks. Coleslaw, potatoes and gravy were good. Hadn't eaten at KFC for awhile, won't be eating their again. read more

I normally avoid KFC all together but my friend wanted to try it. And I didn't think they could mess up chicken too bad. The food wasn't great but I've had worse. The area behind the register looked very dingy and not well kept. The floors looked like they hadn't been swept in ages and almost every table had crumbs, wrappers, or something or another on them. My food was tossed onto a tray without paper. Who knows how unsanitary that is. The food my ordered looked very unappealing as well. Also, as I'm typing this review, a woman walks in and says, "let's try and find a table that's clean." With a disgusted look on her face. I feel you there sister. read more

I live by myself and I love to get their chicken breast meal. If I've ever had a problem with it they make it right. I love extra crispy and I don't eat big meals so many times the large chicken breast is enough for me to have two different times. read more

This is the most overpriced KFC is the Continental U.S. They never participate in any of the national ad campaigns. The franchise owner could care less. Get your chicken from the Tender Trap on Wednesday nights or Hy-Vee. We miss KFC but refuse to participate in the hostage taking of my wallet. read more
