I buy this with the intention of eating it later in the day and the tortilla shells they normally give, get very rubbery when you have to re heat them. EVERY OTHER TIME ive gone to this place or the one in College Hill, I always get chips instead of the wraps. For some reason today, the dude had a full blown attitude about some chips. And I was about to order more stuff, but his attitude made me say, ill just get this and go somewhere else. I have never had a professionalism problem with Omar the owner but the Springdale dude needs a vacation or something sir. Shouldn't have been that deep over some chips.

You have a man who is so upset with customers that he belittles them in the drive thru. Chicken was coated in a thick and crispy breading. The pickles were thick cut, and looked fresh. (They were not neon green.) My daughter ate mine, and enjoyed them. The sandwich was on the salty side. Still it was a much more premium product than I expect when I think about Popeye's. A great buy for the price. Sandwich was 4 stars. Fries looked delicious, but fell short. They looked like they would be bursting with flavor. In comparison to the chicken sandwich, the flavor was quite mild. We ate in the parking lot, and the fries were already turning stale, and not very warm. Fries were 2 stars. None of the employees I saw through the drive up window were wearing their masks properly.
