I gotta come to the defense of this poor little KFC. We get takeout from here probably every 6 weeks or so. It's very clean, the employees are consistently polite, friendly, and able to answer questions. And I've learned the secret to getting consistently excellent chicken: patience. I walk in and order, requesting my chicken to be fresh from the fryer. Maximum wait time for this is going to be 20 minutes if it's just going in. With emails to read, games to play and reviews to write, time goes by quick. I just don't think fried chicken lends itself to a "fast" food model, and the chances are high of getting pieces that have been sitting under the heat too long if you're driving through and want the food in 90 seconds. I have no complaints about the Eaton KFC. read more

Ordered from the drive-thru a 8 piece dinner with the two large size, side options, plus an extra large side. It came to a little over $32. The chicken had a strange after taste that I believe was grease and it coated the inside of my mouth. I threw at least 4 1/2 pieces of chicken out. The sides were large but they would only serve two people at most. I'm not sure if all KFC's have stopped serving eatable food, but I won't be back to this one. read more

When we ordered our food it was perfect fine besides the fact that the floor is good af. When we got our food I ordered a 4 pc tender meal WITH bbq sauce, my daughter ordered the kids meal with Mac and cheese and my bf ordered his food. I only got 3 tenders and no bbq sauce, they didn't give my daughter a spoon at all. Then there is a huge puddle of what seems to be water on the floor that no one has even bothered to clean it up. read more

Yuck or YUM! (the parent company name)? About 1 out of 3 times, I get sick at a YUM! restaurant. A&W still seems safe. This is a KFC and A&W combined into one location. I'm sure you've seen the various combinations that the company has done. As I entered the building, there seemed to be a meeting to the left, the south side, of the building, apparently has a meeting room. I looked at the menu board a bit and it took a while for someone to ask me if I'd been helped, I guess because they were busy being social with each other. This person was enthusiastic and as she took my order she seemed to struggle a bit, as though she was new. Someone else stood behind her at that point, and after I said "Double cheeseburger combo", she asked "what side?" which never happens in an A&W standalone store, so I got Mac & Cheese. Service was so slow, I asked the elderly gentleman next to me if he'd been 35 years old when he placed his order. He replied "No, but I might be 80 when I get out of here and I'm 79 now." He told me that he knew the owner well and that everything would be fine. I was surprised that it was slow and that all those employees had time to talk when the counter needed cleaning. I heard the manager say something like "after you finish with this gentleman's order, you need to clean the lobby", which sounded good. When I got my food several minutes later (not horrible, but slow), I tried to find a clean table. Thankfully, there was one toward the front of the store. One of the employees had a broom and dustpan and came into the dining room area to sweep and took two or three strokes and started talking to her friend who was sitting, waiting for his order. She went near him, talked more, complained about working, and took the broom and dustpan back to the kitchen without doing anything else. Then, it was non-stop talk from back there. Bad customer service, rude shift manager female, seldom have the chicken pieces to complete a meal. Literally any other location is better.

They never answer their phone. I went through the drive up at 6:30 pm and wanted a bucket of dark meat, original Recipe and was told I would have to call ahead and order. They did not have any dark meat original and what pieces they did have was saved for other customers. I said I would wait, and there was only 2 other customers who came in while I sat there. When I pulled up to the window to see if my order was ready, I was told I could not park there. There was no one behind me and when I told her that she told me I would have to leave and closed the window. I called KFC headquarters and they couldn't believe they refused to serve me. BUT THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT THE SITUATION. Very poor management and I have heard a lot of other complaints around the town about poor service. read more

I started in drive thru but went inside be after paying i was notified that there was no origonal and was going to 15 min wait which i did people very friendly. The manager apologized. Again something when wrong. Chicken did not cook properly. It would br another 15 min...The chicken did get s fair shake lol haja All in all my experience was.great.. The place was filthy. We were here at 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. The lunch rush was over. The whole time we were here there were only about 2-3 other customers. There were at least five employees in the back but nobody was cleaning anything. I even went up to ask the young lady at the front counter to please give the dining room some attention. She smiled knowingly and nodded. A few minutes later she came out and picked up a few trays. But she didn't clean a single table even though 3/4 of the tables were dirty. My feet stuck to the floor and the drink station and front counter were similarly disgusting. read more

Stopped on my way home to pick up some chicken. Ordered a 16 piece bucket and was asked if a mixed bucket would be ok and I said yes that would be fine. Went through the drive through and paid my $50+ bucks for the order and received my order through the window. When I got home I looked in the bucket and immediately wondered what was going on. The bucket was maybe 3/4 full. A 16 piece meal should have completely filled that bucket. Inside was maybe 16 pieces but most pieces were wings and drumsticks. Very few thighs and breasts (maybe a couple thighs and 1 breast). Also there were bits and pieces of chicken at the bottom of the box like they had emptied what they had left before starting a new batch! I called the restaurant and talked to the manager and she offered some more chicken but like I said I was on my way home from quite a distance and this restaurant is probably 20 miles from my house. I won't be stopping at this KFC ever again. read more

So slow! So. Totally. Slow. Not worth it. Not clean. Terribly ran and managed location. It hurts my heart because I LOVE fried chicken and KFC but there is no where good in the area to get decent fried chicken with all of the fixings. Everytime I go in, they never have extra crispy chicken breasts. The only KFC I ever experince this out of. Its very frustrating. Their food lately has been really good! The wait time sucks sometimes, but the food is great! I love the Nashville Hot chicken and the Georgia Gold. I like how they let you sub any sides you want even if that's not what comes with it! EXPENSIVE but with the $5 meals that really helps out a lot! You really get a lot for your money when you get the $5 meal though I wish they had an option for popcorn chicken in the $5 meals as my child likes that and the only option is a very expensive popcorn chicken cup or a go cup. I usually get the potato wedges or fries with mine and 99% of the time they are crispy and piping hot :) the staff seems friendly as well. I don't really care for chicken that much honestly so I usually just end up eating all the breading off of it and throwing away the actual chicken lol but still love it! One thing I noticed is they seem to have changed the recipe for the popcorn chicken as when it first came out when I was a kid it was my favorite and it looked like it was made with extra crispy batter only it wasn't brown it was a light color batter almost white. I absolutely hate white meat as it's dry and tasteless, more dark meat options would be nice like dark meat sandwich and popcorn chicken. I always go through the drive through so not sure how it is on the inside. I also agree the owners made a HUGE mistake by getting an A&W instead of a LJS! Eventually all the old people in this town will be long gone and the rest of us will not go to any of those places anymore and they will all go out of business (hopefully) this town NEEDS food for younger generations!!!! A&W and the like are for old people. Most people LOVE LJS...and since we have no seafood option in this town it would have done MUCH MUCH better here than another old people burger joint! read more
