Waited in a line of 1 for over ten minutes while ignored by the woman at the front, who then walked into the back. There was no contact from any staff person for 10 minutes (no exaggeration) also not the first time. Last time I came here the woman at the front spent 6 minutes finishing sweeping the dining room floor. I didn't even realize she was the person at the front. They are completely fine ignoring customers and being rude to them. No apologies no service just bad attitudes and ignorant people with almost no work ethic. Stuck between 3 and 4 stars, rounded up. This is a fast food restaurant, so my rating is based on comparing it to other KFCs and other similar fast food restaurants, NOT actual restaurants -- --Occasionally, I am missing an item, but this is par for the course with fast food drive thru. They usually do not miss food, so I really can't rate them down too much for this. I have a better success rate with them than I do with McDonald's, so, while frustrating when it does happen, I have yet to say I've met a fast food place with 100% drive thru accuracy. I would say they are accurate about 90% of the time. -- They are not particularly clean, but not particularly dirty either. I would say they are average for a fast food place. --Quality of food is better than other KFC I have been too. The chicken is cooked RIGHT (not burned or hard and rubbery, as other locations) and the food is as good as you can expect from KFC. Obviously not gourmet quality, but as good as you're going to get at a KFC. --I have no opinion of the staff. They are there, they do their jobs, no one is overly friendly or rude either. The people have no manners at all and have sanitation because they let insects and arachnids like spiders in your box and they do not know how to mash potatoes with gravy they probably just put a uncooked potato and mash it up and then put gravy on it this is one of the most worst places I've been. read more

I was initially going to write an awful review, due to missing items for the 336th time in a row, and having to return twice to finally get everything ordered. However, their District Manager (Anthony) came over and was EXTREMELY professional and handled the situation like a seasoned pro. If all of their employees were on this guys level, this place would be operating at 100%, no doubt about it. He said they will be having a store/company meeting on this coming Monday and all of these items, which they are aware of, will be addressed. I remain optimistic, as this place is one of our "go-to's" after long days at work or if we are in a rush, maybe 2-3 times a month, possibly even more now they have "somewhat" healthy options. This is the WORST kfc I have ever been to. I ordered a 12 piece chicken, mashed potatoes and coleslaw to go. When we got home the gravy was spilt everywhere. The 12 piece chicken only had 8 pieces. They are fixing the problem with the chicken. The chicken was disgusting. I will not be coming back to this location. read more

Expect to spend up to a solid 30 minutes in the drive thru, never a thank you, food literally looks thrown into box, if you need a bucket of chicken the entire operation grinds to a halt inside and out. This is by far the worst fast food establishment I've ever been to in my life. The crew is completely incompetent. I've been told that my first second, and third choices were not available to order, I've had to wait 30 minutes for small orders, and I've been given incorrect orders multiple times in one visit. Last time I went the crew was gathered around the counter talking and laughing with an outside acquaintance and told me, "we're sorry, there are some important personal issues going on right now" as if to say, hey you and my job are not as important as this conversation I am having with my friend right now. I've been waiting a couple months between visits to try and see if these were isolated incidents and give them a chance to behave in some civil sort of manner but each time I return the situation seems the same or worse. They are running that business into the ground and I'm sure the parent company would love to know the kind of reputation they are getting from these people. read more
