I also ordered a reaper tender (which requires signing a waiver), and I regret it. Yes, it's hot, but beyond that, it's just not good. The portions, especially the cheese fries, were small for the price. I spent about $50 for two meals, two drinks, and one extra tender, which didn't feel worth it at all. The slush drinks (similar to Minute Maid) were also disappointing -- they tasted sour, almost like the machine hadn't been properly cleaned. Overall, I'd rate this a 3/10, and those points are entirely for the customer service from Kimani and Lisa. If I could get a refund, I would.
