It's very disappointing when you go to McDonald's that you've gone to all your life and the french fries are no longer fried crisp but soggy. I don't know if it's corporate's fault that you guys feel that you have to cook the french fries shorter amount of times cause they're trying to get more orders out. I don't think it's a staff. Stopped in for lunch today and went thru the drive thru. Was able to place my order pretty easily. Did have a short wait to pay as the cashier was taking orders at the same time as collecting money. Git to the food pick up window and was greeted by the manager to let me know that they couldn't fill my order for a frozen coke as the machine was not working properly. Ended up with a frozen cherry soda, not bad but probably wouldn't get it again. In addition to the drink the order contained a quarter pounder bacon cheese burger and fries. The burger actually was pretty good. Bacon was crispy, plenty of cheese, onions, pickles, and condiments. Was rasty and of course the bun was nice and fresh. Fries were crispy and hot which doesn't always happen at McDonald's. Overall not a bad lunch. Will probably stop by again if I'm in the area- read more

They have shitty customer service here, I took the top off my burger because I saw onions in it and I asked for no onions so I was just going to take them off but then there was hairs on my burger. I went to ask them for a refund or to remake it and they told me if I wanted another I would have to pay for it. The woman who brought out our food for curbside was amazing! I didn't get her name but she came out with extra straws and sauces and even offered to go back in to get me more ranch. As I was waiting in the drive-thru I saw several employees who were not wearing a mask or wearing it improperly. The employee who made my drink had no mask at all. At least three others were wearing their masks below their noses. One of the managers on duty handed me my food and even he had his mask below his nose. Went there today and ordered s shamrock shake without whip cream. They put whip cream on it and I said it was wrong - she replied "yes I know" how about an apology. Not only do they get orders wrong constantly but when they mess up they treat you like it's your fault. My brother hates cheese and I would say half of the time they put cheese on his hamburger. Hands down, the dirtiest, filthiest McDonalds I have ever been to. We stopped to go inside and order some takeout as well as to use the restrooms. We ordered and as we waited, we were deciding on whether we should eat in the restaurant or find a nearby park. We noticed that it was pretty hot and humid inside the place as we placed our order. Although it was end of September, it was about 85 degrees outside, so the A/C in the building should have been turned on. I also noticed that there wasn't a single empty table that looked like it had been cleaned and wiped down. The floor was also sticky and littered with debris. It was 2:30 in the afternoon and it wasn't that busy, so what is so hard about one of the 6-7 knuckleheads behind the counter coming out and making the dining area presentable? The drink dispenser area was also a mess with the trash receptacles overflowing and the napkin dispenser empty. While we were waiting, I decided to use the Men's room. As I reached the two doors at the back of the place, I noticed that one door had a Women's sign on it while the other had no sign at all. The door could have been a broom closet, an exit, who knows? I took my chances and went through the door. It wasn't hard to believe that the worst McDonalds would also have the worst restroom I had seen in quite a while. There were 4-5 missing 6"x8" floor tiles along with a generally disgusting, dirty look and smell to the whole room. It should have been condemned. I was committed though and did my business and left immediately, trying not to touch anything unnecessarily. We got our food and left to try to find a park to eat at since we had no intention of eating inside or spending another second in this establishment. We seriously considered whether or not we should eat the food or throw it out. We did eat it, because we were cheap and hungry, and that was the whole reason for going to McDonalds. So far none of us have gotten sick from the food we ate that I know of. I don't know who owns or manages this McDonalds location, but they need to find a different vocation as this place needs to be either shutdown or overhauled. This place is definitely giving the brand a bad name. Be warned! Update: I found out the owner/management of this McDonalds also owns/runs the McDonalds in Putnam, CT which has also received unanimously terrible reviews. Do these towns not have health inspectors? McDonald's, Brooklyn, CT: They are apparently short staffed because no matter when you go there, you are asked to "pull to the side, your food will be right out." Then you wait. If you're lucky, it's only 5 min. The newest complaint, the one that will make me go elsewhere on principle, is new pricing. For example, I ordered 4 hash browns. They came to $8.38. I asked if there was a mistake, they were never that much. At $2.09, one hash brown is now DOUBLE the cost of one egg McMuffin, a sandwich. I checked the national McDonald's pricing - it's supposed to be $1.09 each. I called several other McDonald's in the surrounding area. There's one that only charges 86 cents plus tax for a hash brown. Apparently, franchisees can charge whatever they want. McDonald's restaurants are known to cater to working, young families with multiple children as well as the town's youth sports teams. As a mother and grandmother, I have a problem with a fast food place that blatantly gouges folks in this way. read more

Been coming to the Brooklyn ct McDonalds for about a year on and off now and they have a Huge ongoing problem with flies while your eating in the dining area...Also they constantly use a very load and obnoxious industrial vacuum to clean up some water leak or something behind the counter..you jut cant sit in peace and eat...it goes on and off all day long 10 to 15 mins at a time......ridiculously poor maintenance read more
