We've been here a couple of times for lunch on our way out of town heading back home and honestly it's not the customer service that they lack but the cooking my chicken strips have been burned every time why? I understand Covid put a damper on them not reopening their dining room area but there's no excuse for burning food please!! Please !! Get a fry cook in there that knows what he or she is doing otherwise that strip mall will only have the liquor store left. I can only recommend this location if you're starving or like burnt food. Food was good, chicken was moist. Clean inside & outside. Service was an unexpected delight. Cashier "Olivia" maybe late 20's early 30''s was the most professional employee in the food service industry I have had the pleasure to interact with in quite a few years. She was helpful with the menu choices and knew her product. She was pleasant, clean, cheerful and attentive. Lately I've encountered a poor attitude, employees on their cell phones, over loaded hardware in & on the face, uniforms not only dirty but looking like they were pulled out of a hamper, unclean hair etc... I could go on. But not this young girl. Wanted to tip her but unfortunately she couldn't accept a tip she definitely deserved. Good choice in hiring her. read more

Ridiculous location, you cannot go inside, you can only use the drive-through. They cannot hear you from the drive-through so they have you move up to the window. When you get up to the window you discover that they have very expensive prices unless you were ordering a meal. I don't know why it was so irritating, but it was. read more

Ordered extra crispy chicken. They were out. They said they would have more in an hour. Fine, we understand. Came back 1 hour and 15 minutes later. Ordered extra crispy. Paid. Then the server said that our 8 piece bucket might not all be extra crispy. Told her we'd been there earlier and were told to come back in an hour. She snapped that I wasn't the only one in line who wanted extra crispy. I wasn't happy, but since we were starving and I had already paid, I took it. I was was so dumbfounded my head hurt when we finally left this KFC; one star is being too generous. I was hoping for a mediocre piece of chicken, nothing special, what I got was rubbery, flat, and flavorless. Not only was my order wrong, but they "forgot" to take my partners order. And when he asked to order the two girls behind the register simply asked "well aren't you with her?" As if that mattered? My partner ordered his food, chicken strips and a side of gravy. He gave the girl a $20 on a $10.34 bill and the cashier couldn't even figure out what change to give even though the register told her the balance due ‍. To top it off she began handing him a soda cup, it was then that it dawned on him they messed up his order. He looked at the receipt and realized they charged him for a full meal. Asking for it to be corrected the two girls now needed help form a gentleman who was cleaning the dining room. The three of them finally figured out how to refund the order in the system but they couldn't figure out how to correct the order and let us know what difference in cost. We suggested they pull the refund out of the drawer and start a new order. This confused them more, by this point they could only focus on the $20 that was given to them originally. Finally with no recourse and no meal my partner asked for his money back. The three individuals asked for the change they gave out from the original order before they would give him the refund. Once we gave them back the change from the original order they handed over the original $20 and looked at them like we robbed them. Once we got back to our room we realized my meal not only was wrong but was not edible. Ended up over at Dennys where I got a much better meal. read more
