Went through the drive through today for a very long wait and was given someone else's order then had to wait again for a very simple order. The young lady serving, although pleasant was wearing long sleeves that hook over her thumbs and the fabric being once white was very dirty. I noted her washing her hands with the fabric still over her thumb and part of her hands. Not at all hygienic. read more

We ordered online and it took 40 minutes to even get to window but the food was still not ready.

Fast Food had horrible service worker was polite however could not take our order for s***. Food was made super poorly my little brother barely got meat nd cheese on his taco. Drive thru worker got all of the drinks wrong and then when asked to get the right ones proceeded to over fill the cup and gives us two over filled drinks when asked to wipe them off he doesnt get a napkin and just tries to wipe off the drink with his hands. Would not recommend going to this location, and now i know better for when i pass through cortez. Manager was hiding behind the worker not even correcting her employee or saying anything to us not an apology or nothing just excuses the whole time. The drive through is terrible. The lady didn't even listen to our order, we had to say multiple times what we wanted when we ordered two things. They were still messed up and we didn't get all our food. Definitely recommend just going inside to order your own food off the keyosk, that's the only way you'll get your order right. read more

Do not go here!!! They have zero respect for their customers. I went here today and after paying and receiving my food I found that it had literally been thrown in unwrapped. Half of my taco was spilled in the bag. They forgot straws as well. Ruined my day as it was my first meal at 4pm. Will not be returning. read more

This place was quite nice and clean. When we entered the store manager was screening all the staff behind the counter by taking their temperature. They also had touch free delivery - all the packages were sealed and left at the front desk for pickup. Seemed very safe to pickup. We used the kiosk to place our order and the food tasted just like any other Taco Bell but seemed more nicely packed and hygienic. read more

Got my order completely wrong. Not a single thing about it was correct, and they took 30 minutes for two items and still somehow got them wrong?? I don't know, but i will never be going here again. the service was terrible, food wrong and terrible. I would recommend Esmeralda's Rachito Store, and Agave Azul's food. it actually tastes amazing, they get nothing wrong and they're speedy about it too. The last few times I have tried to go there around 8:30-9pm. I sat at the ordering station in the drive through for over 5 minutes and no one is there taking an order or has said they will be right with us it is dead silence but you can see the workers inside having a great conversation from the back door or in the window as you drive past it because you didn't even get an order taken. Not to mention you can see the three or four workers outside smoking while they have a line in the drive through just waiting. Or they say that the ordering system is down. But the three other people in front of us ordered right before me. I get that the systems can crash that fast but taking the orders from the people in front of me and then taking the orders just fine after me. If it was really crashing you could have said it will be just a few minutes. But going on and taking an order after I have drive past knowing I can see and hear you is ridiculous. Even if I got there during the day they would say the same thing and or forget a couple items I have ordered. Not worth the time and money to go there for the shitty service you'll get. If you are going to advertise that you serve breakfast, why don't you open at 7:00 a.m. to cater to the people that go to work by 8:00. Dropped by this morning at 8:03 and drove into the drive thru and was told over the speaker that they weren't ready yet. It would seem that employees would be ready to serve people at the time the business states they are open. Everybody plays the "we can't get people to work" card now since COVID, but I know that this problem has been going on for a long time before COVID. You lose a lot of business because of these issues. I left and went to another drive thru to get my breakfast. I've owned businesses and there's got to be someone in charge that actually cares about the business or you might as well not be open at all. I have been on a voyage for the last 6 days and was in need of caffeine. Taco Bell was just the spot... or so I thought. I was a bit zonked so I decided drive thru would be fitting. I ordered a Medium Coke to only be insulted with the offering of a Pepsi. I obliged. I gave the young gentleman my $2.20. And took a sip of what should have been a refreshing Pepsi but it was the nastiest sip I have ever taken in my life. I soaked my boyfriend from the reflex gag. Slow drive thru! Ordered at 6:48pm and received my food at 7:11pm. When I got my food it was cold. Poor poor service.

This taco bell was so clean & had the friendliest staff members working. For a taco bell, we were impressed!

I ordered through the drive-in and they told me I had to order my Quesa Rito online. Why have it on your menu if I have to order it online!! Stupid! It's Taco Bell. But looking at the other 2 reviews I felt I should show them some love. Our service was friendly, the food came quickly, good selection of beverages from the soda machine and it was clean ( including the restroom). If you want a quick, cheap eat don't be afraid to come here. read more

As Taco Bell goes you can't ever expect much to start with. Knowing that the only thing you can really rate is the service and the cleanliness of the establishment. I am sorry to say that for us both were lacking. The bathrooms were horrible. Not a very good representation of what Taco Bell should be, as bad as even that is. read more
