What we ordered (and you need to try): Wagyu Sirloin ($29): We need to talk about this. Served with asparagus and a twice-baked potato for $29, this is easily the single best value dish within a 100-mile radius. Unbelievable quality. Salmon BLT Tacos: Pure perfection, especially after a day on the water. Burrata Cheese & Peach Salad: Absolute fire. Fresh and perfectly balanced. Birria Tacos: Exceptionally rich flavor and executed flawlessly. Blueberry Tiramisu & Limoncello: A shocker of a dessert pairing to end the night--completely knocked it out of the park.
