Employees are always fighting, the food is terrible, and the service is extremely slow. Don't try to order through DoorDash or Uber Eats because they claim they never get your order, or the driver ends up waiting for over 30 minutes. Also, the place is absolutely filthy inside. KFC was once a good place to go for fried chicken. It was always crispy, tender, tasty, and they had great sides. Sadly, this is no longer true. We rarely eat fried foods, but sometimes, fried chicken sounds really good. We decided to get some Kentucky Fried Chicken. What a huge mistake that turned out to be. The chicken was horrible - overcooked, incredibly greasy, and tasted like it had been refried. All we could taste was the grease. The cole slaw was really dry, so I ended up having to put some dressing on it to make it edible. The bottom of the container was dry, so that told me someone did not follow instructions at KFC. There should have been a little excess dressing at the bottom - even if only a drop or two. I ordered the 'famous' bowl - this needs to be renamed, really, it does. If it looked like the picture, it would have been good. I know, food never looks like the picture - so sad. The bowl I received did have cheese, potatoes, corn, and chicken, just like the picture. That is where any resemblance ends. The chicken was so dry, it was almost inedible. The corn seemed like it had been cooking for a solid twenty-four hours. Okay, the potatoes were decent and the cheese was good. Cheese makes everything better, right? Nope, not in this case. I bought a dozen of the chocolate chip cookies - they looked good in the picture and my husband loves cookies. I know, pictures of food ... Reality was so sad. They were these little cookies that obviously came off of an assembly line, lovingly wrapped in individual plastic wrappers, and dumped in a box with a thousand other little clones. At least some other fast-food places bake them on the premises (okay, from pre-made dough, but at least they look like real cookies). We have now removed KFC from our list of places to eat. Not sure if it is just this local one, but do not want to spend a bunch of money to get the same miserable food at another location. Sigh ... read more

Placed my order and went to the restroom upon entering a gentleman walks out of the stall and precedes to the sink where he starts popping pimples. Never washed his hands and returned to work after leaving the restroom. I placed my order and lo and behold who was making my food, the gentleman that didn't wash his hands so I canceled my order and walked out!!!! After their incessant advertising campaign on all forms of media, I reluctantly caved and decided to try KFC's new Georgia Gold Chicken Tenders. Boy, little did I know what a treat I had in store for me. The chicken was perfectly cooked, not too crispy yet not too soft. The sauce, a perfect blend of tangy and sweet, is generously applied to the tenders, leaving a nice floor of sauce under the rest of the food. After finishing the tenders, I spied the biscuit tucked neatly in the corner of the reusable plastic container in which they served my togo order. I eagerly sopped the remaining sauce up with said biscuit, enjoying a nice tangy punch attached to the delicate flakiness of their flagship biscuit. All in all, I highly recommend. read more

One of the most disappointing, embarrassing & unbelievable eating experiences in my life! I am visiting family in TN from OH. We went here today to grab a bite at the buffet. "The store is clean & laid out nicely" I commented to my family as we walked in. As we waited along with 3 people in front of us for service, the lady ahead of us walked out as she was tired of waiting. So I went up to the counter & asked a woman working that had her back to us, "Miss, excuse me." No answer. I repeat myself (knowing she can good well hear me but ignored me the 1st time.) She was yelling at us how busy she was & she would get to us "when she could." I told her then all she had to do was acknowledge us & say it will be just a moment. Not let us stand there for 10 minutes not knowing if/when someone is taking out order. How she acted was uncalled for. The way she talked to me & what she said was horrific. I told her she shouldn't have a job there. I also asked her name. She wouldn't tell me. Her response was, "IT'S ON THE RECEIPT!!!" Nasty as can be. If I was that manager (which was right there listening to the whole conversation but more worried about getting her drive thru orders out), I would have fired her on the spot! Customer service is what I pay for, along with the food & if you can't find someone to smile & be courteous then don't hire them. This was clearly not the first time she had acted this way. Great food and great service most of the time. Other times the stadd have attitudes and seem angry about their jobs. I get having rough days but you dont take it out on the customers. The food even with the bad attitudes cone out crispy and yummy. I think the staff team jusy needs a pick me up. Its been a rough year and has most people stressed. I frequent KFC & love the $5 fill ups. Please always keep this KFC. The service at this store was very fast & very friendly. I was working in the area & stopped for lunch. Very clean as well which all this tells me they must have some good management. But I am PISSED. I love the Nashville Hot Wings. My husband went tonight to get me an order because I was not eating what they were having here at home. So he comes back with TENDERS & Regular wings. He was upset because he said the woman even repeated his order to him. And so he got home and it was not what he ordered. So he went back and told them about it. At this point he is getting pretty upset. He gets home and again no Wings. The got the Nashville Hot right but again it was Tenders. I do not like Tenders. So he is again on his way back up there at this point is really mad. This is not the first time they have messed up our orders. In this past 2 weeks they have now messed up 4 times in 2 weeks. I called once. Not upset, just letting them know that they are not getting the order correct, so they can be aware. I was shorted 4 wings in that incident. And then once again after that. And then 2 times tonight so far. He is not home yet. So who knows. I went today 1:05pm 02/15/2016 and my experience was bad enough that I left without eating. I went to the competition up the street at Chik Fil A. The order menu outside did not work. The drive through microphone/speaker was clicking and cutting in and out a little. I asked to substitute legs instead of wings and I was told they didn't have enough wings to substitute. I asked them to repeat themselves and they restated they did not have enough wings. So I corrected their mistake and said, "No, I said I want legs instead of wings." The person said they didn't have enough legs and that I would have to wait 15 minutes for the replacement legs. There was only one car in front of me when I arrived so they did not appear to be busy. I told them I would eat somewhere else. I went up to Chik Fil A and they were packed inside and out. With about 5 or 6 cars in front of me they got my order correct, they didn't forget the extra sauce I asked for and I didn't have to wait 15 minutes even though they were very busy. The workers at Chik Fil A were articulate and clean. The workers at KFC couldn't speak grammatically correct english and looked like they needed some exercise. That was my experience.
