If I could give 0 stars I would. So My son ordered Uber Eats from KFC on Huffman Mill road Burlington NC last night we didn't get what we ordered but there were extra pieces of chicken. The chicken was dry and tasted old , the coleslaw was just that coleslaw none of the mixture was in it to make it juicy it was dry so I had to add my own mayo just to give it some type of flavor. Got ready to drink my sweet tea it was unsweet we didn't eat the chicken we gave it to our dog. The only things that were edible were the mashed potatoes and gravy and the biscuit. Sad to say we won't be eating from there no time soon and if we do we will be ordering before 5 and definitely not after 7 pm nighttime is not recommended by me at all. We most likely have to go to the restaurant instead to make sure our food is right read more

Their menu has diminished since my last visit here. No more grilled chicken or even hot wings. The staff was friendly and the order came out quickly. I wish they had told me about any specials not listed in the menu but it's ok. No military or first responder discount here. Drive thru does have a huge pothole at the end of the line turning out so be careful when you leave. read more

KFC - Chicken Wings Near Me - Burlington, North Carolina

If you aren't going to ever actually have a buffet, change the signs so it's not a textbook bait and switch to get people to stop. Interstate signs and the sign in front of the store. Don't waste your time folks. read more

If I could give this place zero I would they never have fries or wedges after 7:30 pm when they ask you what you'd rather have for a side they give you corn that's obviously been out all day so dried up.. the macaroni was waterd down and the mashed potato had no flavor also waterd down chickens still fine i guess don't go here.. also the manager or gm not sure she gave both is a straight bitch and won't reason with anything..like her business making fries to closing time read more

I have only been to this location two times. Each time I ordered a three-piece meal, all white, and both times i got two thighs and a leg. The first time I wrote it off to "whatever." This visit (today), the same thing happened again. I took the time to call the restaurant and they told me that I would have to drive to their location to be able to get what I ordered That sounds reasonable, but I don't want to to drive back over there. I was hopeful that they might just give me a credit or whatever to get my meal right on my next visit. Needless to say, there won't be a next visit. read more

Best chicken sandwich I've had (don't care for Spicy) This chicken is So crispy... my favorite anywhere! read more

I dont know why this location has low reviews. It's the friendliest KFC I've been to, and the inside is very clean. The chicken tastes amazing, and I received my food right after placing my order. read more

This used to be one of my go to's but after my visit there yesterday I need to find a new chicken spot. The size of the chicken is much smaller now. I thought the chicken leg was a drumming. The thighs are so small and over cooked. A disappointing meal for over $10. read more

KFC - Kfc burlington. Tiny thight and over cooked/dry. Could do as well at a truck stop. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Burlington, North Carolina

Chicken salty and overcooked. It's not like it used to be. A real shame too. Used to be my favorite fried chicken. I won't be back.

I remember when this location opened and always had the friendliest customer service and freshest food. That was years ago and as others have posted, not so much lately. Today I stopped in expecting the same mediocre service and food, but was greeted 5 seconds after waking in, order was taken quickly and food was ready about 2 mins later. Not only was it on a plate, but it looked fresh and not simply thrown on there. It was piping hot, the potatoes had a good amount of gravy and the biscuit was soft instead of hard. Normally we write about the disappointment from visiting restaurants, but the turnaround today left me compelled to include the good. Fingers crossed this will continue and KFC will move back to a frequently visited spot. read more

I stopped by today on my way to work. It has been some time since I have visited your location. I am glad to say the food was excellent and the customer service was great. I will be back and I have recommended the new chicken sandwich to several people. Thank you!!! read more

I've lived in Burlington for 25 years and every time I have gone to this KFC they have either forgotten something in my order or have gotten my order wrong. Sides are never right unless you just want fries, sause is never put in your order, your drink is never right unless you just wanted Pepsi. It's like unless you order what the default options are, you're not going to get what you want, and even then things will be forgotten. Normally, I wouldn't make a big deal about such things since accidents happen, but when it happens literally every time you visit a certain location, it starts to get pretty annoying. read more

I ordered 10 piece extra crispy thru the kfc app but when I got there it was near closing time I was told they had no more extra crispy so the manager Lisa offered to drop me a fresh 10 piece extra crispy in the fryer and allowed me to sit in the lobby even tho the lobby was closed, I highly recommend this kfc over the other ones if your in Burlington Carolina God Bless the manager Lisa‼ She is the real MVP‼ read more

This was my first visit to this location. The service was okay. The location has a buffet but it did not have chicken on it and maybe if you have to ask for it. I ordered the chicken pot pie $5.00 Fill-up which was hot and good. read more

At here today around 1:46 and the food was absolutely awful..I ordered the breast and wing meal and to my dismay both pieces of chicken were old and hard to chew..clearly the chicken had been made when they first opened that day..and what's even crazier is I think the manager was the one who served me at the drive thru..someone needs to stress to employees the importance of throwing away old food..never eating here again. read more

KFC - Old chicken - Chicken Wings Near Me - Burlington, North Carolina

The food I had tonight turned me into a real man. The flavors came together in perfect harmony. The sprite was refreshing and went down the throat with ease. The mashed potatoes had the perfect saltiness to them. The spicy chicken sandwich was the highlight of the meal. When I took the first bite, it felt like a rush of happy emotions were going through my body. It tasted amazing. God bless Colonel Sanders and the people who had crafted my food this evening. read more

I was so excited when I saw a KFC when I was looking for lunch. I got a bit worried when I pulled up and there wasn't a single car in the drivethru and only one car parked by the store at 12:10pm. I proceeded to the drivethru anyway, in hopes it was just a fluke. I haven't been to KFC in about 5 years but remember loving the $5 fillups. I got the Chicken breast fill-up box and was so disappointed when I opened the box. They have cut the size of their chicken breasts in half! It's crazy! And the fresh baked cookies that used to be served with the box are now prepackaged choc chip cookies half the size and not enjoyable at all. The only thing that was like my past KFC experiences was the mashed potatoes. Very dissappointed in the visit. I guess the chain is trying to save money but is only killing their business. I definitely won't be back to this one and probably won't be stopping at any others either. read more

Managers and Staff are awesome. Very polite goes above and beyond to please their customers. Thanks for all that you do!!

Stopped for some dinner after work. I'm traveling for work and usually KFC is an easy choice. Not this particular one. I ordered a 20 piece fill up and specifically asked for butter and honey for my biscuits. I get to the hotel and no butter and honey. I know it's a small detail, but that's the issue. It's always the small details. Last week I was here and they had no extra crispy breasts. They had me park for ten minutes and then came out to tell me they were out and didn't have any in the fryer. I had already paid for the meal so I took original just so I could go eat. I get to the hotel and there is no butter and honey, no spork to eat my Cole slaw with. Again, it's the little things. The food is generally good but the service isn't. read more

Had to use the restroom at Huffman Mill Road, Burlington NC, KFC today. The bathroom was filthy, mold is on the floor of the stall and going up the door frame. Never again. If they can't prevent that mold and keep such a small area clean, sanitary, safe, Lord only knows what is coming out of that kitchen! Reba better sing her song for somebody else. read more

RIDICULOUS! Service slow, chicken HARD and DRY. Food was old. Ordered 4 thighs and AGAIN, they give you what they want you to have. Coleslaw was dry, drink tasted like diet soda. I mean the entire experience was HORRIBLE. Never going to this KFC again. I will drive the extra few miles down Church St. read more

Service was ok, speed could have improved, food was good. Chicken was wet like at every KFC

This KFC had me pull up to wait for a fresh side of wedges. I was told it would be three minutes.. 15 min later no one has come out. My gf went in and had to remind the girl about them! They threw in another side of wedges which is why they got two stars. The wait was wayyyy too long without checking in to let me know what was happening. I won't be coming back to a place that can't keep up with its orders. read more

I love the chicken at KFC, but you have to "ask" for each piece of chicken. When you advertise a buffet, you shouldn't have to ASK for anything. That's why people go to the buffet in the first place. The staff could look a little happier instead of making you feel like you're imposing on them and sometimes the buffet looks a bit unkempt. KFC used to offer fried okra, squash, etc...Now, it seems it just has straight out of the can mixed vegetables. Not appealing & cold. No biscuits are ever available and if you happen to catch one up there, it's cold and hard. I've seen a huge change in service and quality in the past year. I don't know what's happened, but there are way too many competitors for being slack. Just saying. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends. read more

I give this location 0 stars but you have to give at least one! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!! My husband and I have both been experiencing the worst bout of food poisoning in our lives! We ordered the 8 pc meal and I also ordered and ate the chicken pot pie. I had explosive diarrhea at the same time of projectile vomiting nonstop all day yesterday, and my husband has been violently throwing up nonstop within a matter of 5-10 minutes apart of each episode. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! They obviously either do not cook their food properly or do not store stuff at the proper temperature, or both. read more

I stopped by this KFC twice within the past month and had two different experiences. First time I stopped by on a Friday evening (~6-7pm). The restaurant was slow/avg busy. Only the minimum foods were on the buffet, like chicken, coleslaw, biscuits, mashed potatoes and gravy and a few other KFC basics. The selection was very limited in comparison to other KFC buffet's I've been to. The staff seemed rather blah, like they didn't really care too much. The second time I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon (~1-2pm). I had a completely different experience. The staff was more friendly and accommodating. There was at least twice as many food choices include fried okra, stuffing, apple cobbler, beans, etc. along with the standard KFC basics. The selection was much more typical of other KFC buffets. The restaurant was also pretty busy. read more

I had to leave, they are really slow. I waited for 5 minutes at the speaker and they still didn't come back to take my order. If it takes that long to just try and order my food, I can just imagine how long it would take to get it! read more

The food is typical kfc food, the buffet service is not too good they are usually lacking main food items in it. The service on the other hand is not that good, they never smile an always look angry. read more

Hadn't been in a KFC in years when husband and I stopped in recently. Wow! Staff was courteous, food was excellent and restaurant was clean!! Will be back soon!! :) read more

This is by far the WORST KFC I have ever been to. The staff acts like they really don't want to be there. Each time I have stopped there my order is never right. Today was the last time I will go. I ordered the spicy tenders- yuck -burnt and the sauce looked like it was just slapped on. I ordered and paid for a side of coleslaw instead of a biscuit- nope got a biscuit. Mashed potatoes had no gravy, I didn't get my change back and of course as always no receipt.Severely lacking in friendliness. I should have gone with my 1st choice- Firehouse Subs. Stay away from here. There are plenty of good places to eat on Huffman Mill. read more

The food may or may not be fresh. If you order multiple items or want something a specific way, do not leave until you have checked everything in your bag. Do not expect friendly service especially thru the pick up window or in the evenings. They often look inconvenienced to serve you. Make sure you get your receipt. read more
