So I'm writing this review still in kind of a shock mode.. My friend loves the KFC potato bowls and on this particular day I wanted to try a new place that sells chicken and waffles.. So it was very shocking to pull up to KFC and see that they offered chicken and waffles.. I took a chance and ordered it.. I must say that I wasn't disappointed and was completely satisfied with my meal.. The chicken strips are always good whenever I've ordered them and the waffles were very good as well.. I feel like the waffle had a very good buttery taste and the syrup just added to the great taste but it could be a buttery syrup that they gave me.. I do Uber eats trying to make a living and when I arrived to pick up the customers order they told me that name isn't on there screen then left me waiting for 15 minutes while they took care of drive thru. Eventually the fat manager lady who's always outside smoking cigarettes told me they already gave the food out. I told her there's no way unless you gave the food to the wrong person. She had a complete attitude and said "well I ain't remaking it so oh well"... I was shocked because I was polite even tho I did nothing wrong. how are you getting an attitude with me when you're the one who gave the food to the wrong person cause you can't read a f*cking screen. The least you could do is just remake the food which takes two seconds (fast food). It's called customer service. It's called making it right when you are wrong. They also had a new worker there who seemed like it was his first day. As I was leaving I told him he should quit lol Overall this place is terrible. The drive thru is atrocious. At 3:15pm today (5/8/20), I pulled into the drive through to order a 6pc wing & a 12pc wing, both unsauced. The person (female), took the order, but when I stated I'd like to be sure they were freshly made, or recently made, because the other day, the wings were cool as if they had been sitting. This is when she began acting like she didn't hear me. All of a sudden, she laughed and kept asking me, if I wante them fresh, I said sure. She then, acted like she couldn't hear me. Then a second woman got in the mic, and kept asking if I want them fresh. She said what do you want fresh. I said my order of wings. She said again at least three more times, do I want my wings fresh. At this point, I felt disrespected, as if they were trying to play with my intelligence, because at this point, I was an unsatisfied paying customer. All of sudden, the first lady came back and said, "Have A Good Day" Thats when I was done. And pulled off, but I stayed in the parking lot and watched them take other orders with no problem. DO YOU NOT MAKE YOUR FOOD FRESH? ARE THEY DAYS OLD? This is upsetting. As I try to patronize businesses within my own community. For what its worth, these young ladies need to understand that customer satisfaction affects the bottom line. I suggest, they be retrained and offer other solutions. They could have said, I can't hear you can you pull to the window, or someone could have come outside. They acted as if, they DID NOT want to make fresh wings, or serve me warm/hot ones. After coming off the road, on Sunday, June 7th, I went through the drive thru at this location. I ordered a 2-piece white, original combo with a side of green beans and a 5 piece Honey barbecue wings. The food was not hot, wings looked as if they had been sitting all day and someone just doused them with sauce and they didn't give me the green beans I asked and paid for. The mashed potatoes with gravy will send you running for your blood pressure medicine. Next time I want chicken I'll make sure to go to Popeyes!!! read more

Why did I go to a KFC on Friday night? Well, it's because I was spending the night alone and I certainly don't plan on taking my girlfriend to one. I took a little drive here to fill the KFC void I have been having recently and as usual it never really ends up as good as I expect. I went through the drive through and dealt with a very friendly employee on the other end. I ended up ordering a "large" popcorn chicken and two of the mini sliders they offer (I ordered the Georgia Gold and whatever the other special one was). I was in and out very fast and my only actual complaint was that the "large" popcorn chicken looked like what a medium would be and it wasn't even filled all the way, so that was a pretty big disappointment for my KFC purge. Either way, this is a common chain that you kind of know what to expect. I'll most likely be going for some actual fried chicken or a mashed potato bowl in the future. read more

I just got back to my apartment from this location. I ordered 2 KFC Famous Bowls and the man at the register recommended that I get the drink combo. I said "OK." Then he got hassled by a lady who wanted a small gravy and not a small drink, even though she had already taken the drink cup, filled it, and started drinking from it. Then she apparently wanted the money she paid for the drink refunded, even though the cashier did not charge for the gravy, and she was already drinking the fountain beverage. Mind you, this refund would have amounted to all of 80 something cents, if that, when factoring the price difference between the drink and the comped gravy. My man at the register was calm, cool, collected, and handled the situation like a pro. The lady, who was being rather aggressive, ended up leaving with a smile and was totally defused. Then the man at the register turned to me with a smile, handing me my food, which came out FAST, and he says "You're hungry, aren't you?" ...And the truth is, I WAS hungry. He knew.
