Worst meal we ever had!! 2156 Niagara St Buffalo NY. Went at 1:45 pm, went in and ordered with employee as a to go order. When we got home the fish was obviously left over and refried. It was super dark in color, thin, flat and very dry. Bun also had been previously toasted as it was cold and stale. Double cheeseburgers were squashed into the wrapper, bun folded over and burgers slid off. They were old, burned and very dry. Absolutely HORRIBLE! read more

I love McDonald's and the deals, but this one specifically seems to always be slow and constantly understaffed. There are constant problems with who they tend to hire, as well, and most will talk about customers behind their back when they think they don't understand Spanish. I ordered every week for a month straight, and most of the time they would make me wait up to a whole hour just for some fries, as I always only ordered the deal that was only nuggets and fries. There was even a day where they only had one single person taking the orders and doing the cooking instead of shutting down. Eating inside can be good or bad depending on when you visit. It used to have a major homeless problem but seems to be slowly getting replaced by annoying kids who act like McDonald's is a clubhouse they can run in and out of. read more

Made a yelp account just for this review. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I've been here at least 10 times in the past year and a half and it's always something with this place. The workers attitudes are insane. As someone who has worked in fast food, I know it's not the most fun job but you still have to be nice to customers. That's literally ur job. Can you believe I'm here in line for a pick up order??? Why am I in the drive thru lane? Well because as I arrived here shortly after8:10 pm the dinning room doors were locked and the lights cut off as if the restaurant is closed. I knocked on the window and explained I had a pick up to go order. I was told to get in the line and go to the drive thru. I say a young lady sweeping before I spoke to the young man who told me to get in line. She ignored my knocks while starring at me. Ha. Well alrighty then. It is now 8:30 and I'm still in line to pick up this order that may have been ready 15 minutes ago. Idk yet. The customer service is in the trash here today. Another employee was approaching the door to enter and told us that yes sometimes the young lady closes the dinning room early so they can clean and maybe they will open it again before it closes at 11:00. Say what? This is unacceptable and ridiculous. I appreciate a clean restaurant however, you don't get to close 3 hours early because you don't want to have to clean later. The food is fine, but the service is terrible. The workers have no sense of urgency, and do not seem to care about the customers whatsoever. After waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, I got my two sandwiches and they were both incorrect. I brought them back inside to be corrected, and the manager took my order without a word to me, rolled her eyes, and handed me a new order, which was incorrect yet again. It took another 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by the staff inside for them to correct the order, and the store wasn't even busy. My friend and I were in the drive through for 45 minutes, the lady kept telling me one minute but we were literally sitting there for almost an hour. I was on Niagara and hungry. Needed a nibble. Yelped and saw nothing open close by. Stopped here and found easy parking but a confusing parking lot driving path. Be aware of that should you stop here. It's really a one way parking lot. The line was long and I went to wash my hands. Clean but old restroom. They could use a refurbishment I think. Line was still long when I got on it and did not move much. So I left and went elsewhere. If I was going to have to wait anyway may as well wait somewhere sitting down. 3 stars for plentiful parking and clean restroom though. Can't rate the food. read more

Every time I order i would order a side of mac sauce they would charge me for it then lie that it's in the bag and it's never there. Most of the time I'm in a rush and leave without checking but sometimes I would take my time to check. And then when I wait and look for it and tell them is not there they would give me the stink eye and go get it.This happens every single time without skipping a beat. In my opinion this is called stealing. Don't charge people for something, lie that is there, and expect people not to say something about it. And then some times when u order it they completely ignore you and ask if "that'll complete your order?" When you go pay and ask if the person put it in they lie once again and say yes when you get the receipt is not even there and you can't claim something you didn't paid for right? In my opinion even if is something small but is the minor inconveniences that infuriate you the most especially when you're in a rush :(. I'm all for consistency and familiar friendly service, which is one of the things that McDonald's is about. Was NOT the experience I had at this store. Being on a time restraint, I came in an ordered from the menu, a "Sausage McMuffin with Egg" value meal, an extra sandwich with a large Dr. Pepper and a large HiC for my friend that was with me. I paid the $10.40 something, and waited for some time for my food to be ready. Mind you, it felt like an eternity to get to the counter to order, but most of the problems included a woman getting upset over a penny not being given back, them running out of mango base for their drink machine, one person taking orders and running for food with three people crowded around the drink machine trying to figure out how to breathe. Food came up, and I never saw them put a hashbrown in there. Politely asked if the hashbrown was in there. I got met that "you DIDN'T tell me you wanted the meal", from an obviously agitated cashier. Fine. I had two sandwiches, and the Dr. Pepper. I'll be fine. I just didn't feel like getting into an argument. After leaving, I realize I never got a receipt with my order. I added in my mind that the sandwich "meal" that I intended to get was $5.79. Soft drinks were $.99 per drink, and The extra sandwich was $4.50-5.00, maybe? The menu board kept flashing different messages, and never saw the charge for a sandwich only. I'm trying to figure out how it got that far up, unless I ordered a meal. I ordered the second sandwich as a "sandwich only", not a meal. Somewhere, in there, I should have had a hashbrown, and a cashier usually verifies if it's a meal or a sandwich. The owner of the property used to be BIG on suggestive selling. I know that because I used to work for him ages ago at a different store. Because of a misunderstanding, I also got attitude, which appears to be the norm, since it was done within earshot of management. I understand it's a crap neighborhood, and the customer base really not the best to deal with, but it's the second time in what...ten years that I've been there? I'm not trouble, and actually sympathize for those that get low pay to deal with to them, a stressful situation. If the cashier was smart, she could have just told me that she misundertood due to the commotion earlier, and asked me if I still wanted one. A proper manager usually would have no problem figuring out the difference in cost and charged as appropriate. Wish I had the receipt, as I probably would have questioned it right then and there. Best Coffee around!!!! I go through several McDonald's only for their morning coffee. It is excellent and you can not beat the price. I wanted to write a review for the Niagara Street location because they are by far the friendliest staff out of all the ones I stop by. They are the only McDonald's that will see a line waiting for food in the drive thru and the employee at the first window will go get my coffee and give to me. I never have to wait in line for JUST coffee. They are happy and friendly ALL THE TIME and make me smile in the morning . Great job Niagara Street crew!!!
