What has happened to KFC? Is it just the one in BF? I guess I don't get out much, but KFC used to at least be a respectable competitor in the market segment. The 'Famous Bowls' are now famously small, the chicken tenders are of noticeably poor quality (Google 'spaghetti chicken'), and you have to double check your order at the drive through to make sure they give you the one or two things in your order that they forgot...most recent was a missing drink and Sauces. No big deal? I should accept when mistakes are made? No...not when I drop $65 on food served in a box. read more

The girl behind the counter is actually high. The kid in the drive thru speaker used profanity because of someone in the car ahead of us was upset about something. Probably the amount of time they were waiting. I placed an order online and the confirmation email said about 10 minutes. Well we are sitting here 26 minutes later still waiting. The food took forever to get to us and we were missing items. My Mac and cheese bowl had chicken that was warm on top of cold Mac and cheese, we were missing a small fry from our food and the employee looked like it took her entire soul and life force away to go get it. As we were there a gentleman behind us also had to go back to get something they missed from his order. The sauce I got was already ripped open when served to me, and my elderly great aunt also wanted me to add when she thanked them for the food and service they completely ignored her. I ordered two of their new chicken nuggets meals for take out today. I went inside to order and asked for 4 sauces but when I got home there were no sauces in the bag for our nuggets so we had to eat them without sauce. The chicken nuggets were horrible! They were hard and difficult to chew, it was like we were eating pieces of hard rubber. I called the store to talk to the manager and she didn't seem to care and did nothing to replace the food which I didn't care because I am done with this place. It seems like the KFC in Moon Twp has way better food and we got the nuggets there last week and they were pretty good. Pulled in looking forward to KFC, one of my favorite restaurants, for forever. The store was recently remodeled and have only been one or two times some, only through drive-thru. I have tried to come a couple times for a late dinner, but they are already closed by the time I arrive. Today I thought I would arrive right when they open-noon. I pulled up and sign on door says only taking order for Mobile. So I download the app, place my order, then go to door to pick it up. Doors are locked. I call the number listed for the restaurant, she said give her a couple minutes, she was working on it. After 40 minutes when the app said my food was ready we were met at the door where it was unlocked we were able to retrieve our food. The manager or person who unlocked the door said her cashier called off and Thea are short staffed. read more

This place deserves no stars. My husband just ordered through DoorDash from this restaurant at 1:13 PM on September 5th. A 16 pcs with sides and drinks. When our order arrived, it only had sides. No chicken at all. He proceeded to call the store, and the woman that answered was extremely rude. She yelled through the phone so loud I could hear her saying that the order didn't exist and that she only had one door dash order available that wasn't ours. But great service, either you're waiting forever in line indoors and out. And on top of that you're receiving cold food... sloppy made food, and slow slow service. Continuous missing items. Went through the drive thru, line was crazy long. We waited for quite a bit, but that doesn't bother me, that ensures me they are making food right. I wanted to try their Carolina sauce but they were out. They were actually out of most sauces except bbq and ranch. So I opted for bbq. The line/wait was long however I was craving KFC today and decided to wait. While waiting I noticed they were hiring for all shifts which is common. While receiving my food I also noticed there were only two people working during a prime dinner time rush (6:30pm) due to lack of adequate staff. That being said EVERYTHING on my order was correct and hot. The lady taking my order took plenty of time to answer my questions and was very apologetic about the wait which was not her fault at all. I was afraid that when Kentucky Fried Chicken moved in that Taco Bell would have a limited Menu. This may have been true for a short while but now they have quite a wide selection. With the two favorites together you can always find something to eat. If you order from the dollar menu it is affordable. Best kept secret is the Chicken Pot pie. Not always available. read more

Has a full menu for both KFC and Taco Bell (none of that "express" nonsense). Food quality is on par with most other KFCs/Taco Bells. The restaurant is clean and service was friendly. In terms of fast food joints, it ain't too shabby. read more

I had a terrible experience at the beaver falls KFC last night. I went to their website to place a pick up order. When I got there the line was very long it took more than 15 minuets to get to the speaker. I advised the employee that I was picking up an online order. She advised me that they don't do online orders unless it is with grub hub or doordash. I told the women that was incorrect I placed a pick up order on their own site and I can provide her the order #. The manager refused the number and insisted that I am incorrect. She was extremely rude, didn't apologize, had no empathy, and was unprofessional. She didn't even ask me what the order was. Nothing. She just wanted to move onto the next car. I was in line for a total for 40 minuets because once you are in line you can not pull out. I left with NO food. After I left they ended up finding my order and realizing their error. I only know this because my mom called about the order since she placed it. The manager lied and said I pulled up to the speaker cussing them out. LIES. I did not get rude until the manager treated me so terribly. I did not go back because I already waisted my night and was very upset. read more

I love kfc just not this location...they have most of the same things that any other kfc has except they don't have the baked beans and the Mac and cheese isn't as good as a lot of the other stores and I'm really not sure why...and those are two of my favorite things. They brought the beans back for like a week and then got rid of them again...I'm pregnant, had a craving, and wasn't happy at all, why not offer the whole menu like every other location out there? Also the service is ridiculously slow, they always screw up your order, and some of the the employees are extremely rude. It's a shame too because this is the only kfc near by and I love their food but it's really not worth it to go to this store. read more

This is your standard KFC/Taco Bell but with substandard facilities. The food quality is inconsistent, sometimes its good and sometimes overcooked and dripping in oil. Today's meal was the worst I've had in quite a while. The corn was so overcooked that it was inedible. The beans tasted more like onions than green beans. The guy sitting next to us was allergic to onions and asked if there were any in the beans and the kid lied. Our order was incorrect but after waiting 20 minutes to get it we just took it. The management of this store is terrible, they often run out of things by the beginning of the dinner rush. The tables and floor are usually dirty. I went here to get taco bell because it serves both KFC and taco bell, and I ordered a quesarito. The item I received barely had any cheese, sour cream rice and meat. It was mostly just the tortilla shell. They put about 2 tbsp of meat, about 1 spoon or rice, very little amount of sour cream, (like maybe a tsp), and little to no cheese. The only thing that they got right was no chipotle sauce. This wasn't a one time thing either. I've gotten quesaritos from this location before and had received them like this. The only thing I actually did like from the taco bell menu at this location was the chicken roll ups, but even then I ordered 6 roll ups total, and only received 5. It was only 1 missing so I didnt bother since I was already home when i found out. As for the KFC menu, I only like the coleslaw. I've gotten mashed potatoes and the famous bowl from here, but it's always so bland and tasteless. read more

Been to this place a few times. Never again. The food is not the problem - it is exactly what you get at any other KFC/Taco Bell our there. But the service is horrendous! I'm either repeating myself so many times that I forget what I ordered, or it takes forever and a day to get my food(not exactly "fast") or, once, I got such an attitude from the girl at the drive thru that I drove away and went elsewhere. If they get some new staff in there, then I'll consider going back. But until then, I'll stick to Wendy's or McDonalds for my fast food needs. read more
