Service speedy, pot pie delicious, Look clean It was a better experience this time . Drive thru was fast , the cashier that took my order and money was friendly . Pot pie was the order . Best pot pie in town , Steaming on the inside and flaky on the outside.

I ordered a two-piece which cost me a little over $10 which is a drumstick and a thigh biscuit, potatoes, and gravy. The chicken leg looks like they gave me a Cornish hen chicken leg. I couldn't believe the size it was the size of party wings...little bitty drumstick I didn't find out until I walked into the kitchen and opened the box My fault: Always remember to check your food before you leave I did the establishment and asked to speak to the manager. She apologized and offered to give me three free pieces on my next visit...I think NOT! And, that was the drive through window

This is one of the cleanest KFC's I've been in. There's ample parking and I got a nice, comfortable seat with good amounts of sunshine and tucked in a quiet corner away from people. The crew were friendly and efficient, wait time was 0. There was nothing more I could ask for. The stars slashed off my rating is for the food, unfortunately. I haven't seen chicken size this small. I thought that the chicken they had in the Philippines were small but these were even smaller. I ordered a 2 piece but felt like a single piece altogether. I don't think it was made fresh, either. But either way, it was fine, good thing I have been craving for KFC for about 2 weeks now.

I visited KFC last light and my chicken was cold, the strips were tough as beef jerky. Paying $35 was not a big deal because they're usually ok. Tonight everything except the coleslaw and mashed potatoes were miserable. No utensils, no KFC sauces as promised so all I got was tough cold dried chicken pieces(Tasted like old chicken refried and microwaved a few times.) the battered fries cold too, tough and old tasting like you might find under your coach cushion. The biscuits usually hot and tasty, I gave them to the neighbor kids as hockey pucks, yeah they were hard too. How can this KFC being one of the busiest in the USA get everything so wrong?

If I could give them a zero I would. Just look at the picture and tell me what you see? And if you don't know what I'm talking about I'm going to show you in that picture I want you to notice how big that chicken leg is. Look at the size of that chicken leg. I don't even wanna show you the size of the wings because it looks like they took it off of a baby chick. My fork is a standard fork and look at that is it me or is KFC gone downhill for years. I would rather go to Jollibee. It would be cheaper and better, juicier and tastier. I'll go there for a bucket of chicken but when I went yesterday and I bought a 12 piece for 40 some dollars, And with taxes and everything and the three sides it comes out to about $45? And they give me chicken that looks like it was just born. Barely walking around on them damn legs. This place has gone down . It has been like this at all KFC's for years and I haven't came back to eat here for several years I thought maybe it would change. They and when I mean day, corporate should start looking at the size of the damn chickens they are killing before they decide to serve it to people. Will not go again ever!

I'm not their biggest fan like my husband, but I do know KFC did something right w that chicken. I think KFC has the best fast food chicken; however, it can get pricey at times. They do have their combo deals that are more affordable and who can beat $5 for a delicious good sized chicken pot pie. They also have their chicken little sandwiches that are pretty addicting. Food in general is always good, but the drive thru line gets really backed up all the time and the service is quite slow. I don't think I ever ate a chicken here I didn't like. Colonial Sanders is definitely doing something right. Don't forget to check your paper for coupons because the coupon deals are always better than their in-store deals.

i was craving kfc tonight and sent my boyfriend to get the food. My famous bowl had a big piece of melted plastic on my chicken covered in cheese! i left it alone because it was just plastic. after digging out all the chicken in there, I put a bite of my food on a biscuit and discovered a king piece of hair in it. I miss the fact that there are not to many KFCs in town anymore. Now when I have the craving, I have to drive across town. Well, it is worth the trip because everytime my cravings are satisfied. I like both the Crispy and Original Fried Chicken cause both are so delicious. Add the coleslaw, biscuits, and mash potatoes and gravy for an even better meal!! Good service during my latest trip. Tables needed to be wiped down in the dining area. Otherwise it was clean. Suffice it to say, I will return. Here is a tip for ya. Look out for their coupons in the mail. Always nice to save a few bucks.

Well the KFC management who reads the mykfcexperience.com off the receipts emailed me already and is sending a free meal offer to me. I appreciate that. People, if you're treated shabbily by this place or any place after shelling out money for their outrageous prices, keep complaining til you get a satisfactory result. I just don't understand some of these fast food places and their crappy service. Sure if the food is cheap I'll let it go. But for $10 to $15, no.

I gave it two stars because it tasted good and I've had other meals there in the past that were good. However, I cannot excuse finding a bone that was over 1.5 inches long in my pot pie! The manager apologized and admitted that the pies were made on site. I suggested she talk to her staff because the bone was not small. Then she said she was going to go check on THEM right then. What exactly would she be checking? Normally I will not accept a coupon or free food in a case like this, but I was shocked that she didn't even offer! I think I'll be driving to a different KFC after today. read more

We don't eat at KFC very often anymore. Mainly because it is so greasy compared to other more modern fast food restaurants that serve chicken. That being said, we occasionally crave the great and distinct flavor of KFC chicken and the oh so excellent tasting coleslaw. (By the way it gets much of its flavor from being made with tarragon vinegar.) Like McDonald's, KFC is an american icon. This Yelper enjoys them both. read more

At fast food places, you expect a kind of indifference here. Manned by annoying high school kids who would rather be vaping. Not the case at all at this KFC. We had a fairly big order placed on the KFC app. The order was ready for pick-up at the time it said it would be. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The food temperature was hot. And the order was accurate... nothing was missing. Best KFC in town. read more

Kentucky Fried Chicken, I can't lie it's been a favorite since being a child. They have some of the food I enjoy the most, chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy and more chicken. Since closing down most of the KFCs in Bakersfield this location stays busy with the drive-thru line causing congestion throughout the parking lot so obviously I'm not the only one who likes KFC. There are times that they have deals on their family meals and that's usually when I'll come get food cause I'm cheap like that. They do have some good lunch deals that are priced well but again it gets busy and depending on how much time you have it might not work. I'm not a cole slaw fan but I'm drawn to theirs and can eat it by itself, I know I'm weird. The wedges are good, even better when dipped in the gravy from the mashed potatoes. One other thing, they serve my favorite soda which is the best soda, PEPSI. It's not healthy to eat and not always good on your finances but having it once in a while is good. read more

It seems like they are hit or miss. I ordered a bowl which was ok. I also ordered a 3 piece. I only received 2 pieces. The one was old and burnt. The other was so dry it felt like it set outside all day. They didn't give me a receipt so I can't prove I was there. It will be a long time before I go again read more

I was really impressed with this KFC location! The inside of the place was real clean and tidy. Also the food was so hot and fresh and we received our order very fast. The staff was very nice. I have stopped here for take-out on numerous occasions and I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minutes on my order. Whatever they do they have found the secret to fill orders fast and efficiently which is not always the case in other "fast" food establishments. Keep up the great work! read more

Just ordered take out from here,was met with incompetent and rude workers. To start off, the girl taking our order seemed like she didn't want to be doing cashier or serving us, whatever. Doesn't mean eye contact, shaking leg off to the side, not a professional attitude. Ordered the $20 extra crispy fill up meal which was supposed to come with 2 large mashed potatoes and 1 large Cole slaw. Substituted one of the mashed potatoes for Cole slaw but when the order came out, I checked the packaging and saw that the mashed potato was missing so I pointed it out, and the manager? And another worker startes saying we got 2 Cole slaw so we don't get a mashed potato???? How come I was not made aware of this when I was ordering?? Even on the receipt or states, 2 lg Cole slaw, 1 lg mash. The vibe I got from manager's tone was "you want the 2 Cole slaw or not" Don't go here, I've worked in food service before but their service and customer handling was at MAX 1/5. read more

They served stale chicken (grilled)! I went there at 730pm on Thursday. Generally they tell me that grilled is not fresh when I go in store but this time I went drive thru and got the disgusting stale grilled chicken! Ask them before you order is all I can say! read more

My friends and I come here all the time after school and we usually get the box combos. Crispy breading with the juicy chicken...you can't go wrong! Also, occasionally we get the cookies when they're right out of the oven and they are glorious. Gooey chocolate and crispy on the outside but soft inside. Mmm. read more

I went on 10/19/2017 through the drive thru around 4 pm I don't know the lady that helped us was but besides rudely saying that she couldn't replace a cookie for a biscuit, when every time I go they have no problem with it. Enough for me to don't want to order anything after she avoided the question "are you sure you guys can't?" And kept with the order. read more

Went to get a meal super excited to eat it I got a 5 dollar box i got no biscuit or cookie and as im eating my mashed potatoes i find a bug in it. Top it off the girl at the drive thru was in a hurry I didnt get a chance to ask for hunny & butter for the biscuit before she shut the window on me. I didnt get one anyways. Do NOT eat at this KFC!!!! When I got home with my food, I opened my coleslaw and spotted maggots in there. Absolutely DISGUSTING and I'm so glad I spotted it before eating it because I am pregnant. I moved here 3 years ago and I come here at this location atleast twice a year and bitches always give the worst customer service. The big girl with the glasses leaves you talking to yourself closing the damn window at the drive thru while you try to ask for something . I should of never gave her a thank you since she closed the fucking window before I even finished speaking!! Sooo fuck you then sour ass bitch read more

Stopped by here in my way home and bought an 8 piece bucket of chicken. The chicken was absolutely horrible. Looked nothing like original recipe KFC chicken. Chicken from a gas station was better than this garbage. read more

I went through drive thru and ordered the $20 fill up chicken tenders with Mac & cheese instead of coleslaw. After being parked for over 20 minutes and told several times that It'd be out in 3 minutes every time I inquired about how much longer it's going to be. When my order finally came out I didn't think I needed to check it as it took 20 minutes to get my food. I get home and low and behold there's no Mac & cheese but instead I find coleslaw. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED! and most likely will not be returning! read more

As with any new business, it is going to take a few days to get the place up and running. You can eat inside. The tables and chairs looked comfy, but I opted to take out. The walls are a little sparse, but I'm certain they will dress the place up nicely. The owner was very nice and you could tell he had a passion for this business. I look forward to seeing them very successful.

The food was of very poor quality -- it was not fresh and tasted substandard. To make matters worse, several items from my order were missing entirely. This caused a great deal of inconvenience and frustration, especially since I had paid for a complete meal and was expecting the usual level of service and quality. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate steps to ensure such issues do not happen again.
