Ordered (2) 5 piece tender meals that's now over 15.00ea fries, 2 mash/gravy, coleslaw and biscuits. Well the mash/gravy was great and the coleslaw was cold. That's the highlight. They didn't include sauce, utensils to eat , napkins. The tenders were not recognizable as such. They were burned overcooked dry bits of ? instead of the large actual CHICKEN tenders I have enjoyed. The biscuits were quarter sized no butter. The fries were watery and cold. The food was just thrown in on top of each other. Really trying to find the good but I definitely can't on this meal and was turned off enough that I will not be going back anytime soon read more

Foolish me, what I didn't realize in January was that thee was more than one lesson to be learned (see Jan 28th,2025 review). I stopped back in this past week, remembering that I needed to count how many pieces of chicken were actually in the bucket, hoping that the appropriate employees had been sent to "How to Count to Eight" training refresher. It was about 8:30 pm, and there were six cars waiting at the drive-thru, so I decided to go inside to place my order. The cashier asked what I wanted, so I told her I wanted an eight-piece bucket, all breast pieces, extra crispy please, yes, I'll pay the upcharge. She said, "I'll have to check on that to see if we have it". She wanders over to the prep area, confers with two other employees, and then says, " We can't do eight. Actually, we can't... well, we could do four". Fine, I'll take the four. "We don't have them in extra crispy, they would be original recipe." I could see things were headed south, but I said okay, I'd take the four original recipe pieces. "So, that's four breasts and four wings, right?" If I had ordered eight breast pieces at the beginning, I'm not sure why she thought that substituting four wings for the other half of the order was going to cut the mustard, so I said, "No, could I get four extra crispy thighs instead of wings?" "I'll have to check on that." She wanders back over to the prep area, looks over the stock on hand, and hollers back, " Yes, we can do that." I tell her what I want for sides, pay the bill, and move to the pick up area. There's another fellow already waiting for an order, another guy comes in, places his order and moves to the pickup area, and then a third guy comes in and places an order. We all stand there another five minutes, and an employee brings a bag to the counter and calls out a name. Turns out, it was the order for the last guy who came in. Well, I rationalized, maybe the other two guys ordered something that had to be prepared, so they were going to have to wait anyway, and maybe the last guy just ordered a drink, so they figured they'd whip that order right out so it would appear that there had been a massive spike in productivity. So, finally, the guy that came in right after me gets his order, then, ten minutes later, the guy who had been waiting since before I got there received his order. Now I'm figuring I'll be out of here in just a few minutes. Five minutes go by. Ten minutes go by. Fifteen minutes go by. By this time, I'm wondering what the hold up is - she already verified that they had the pieces on the warming racks, you grab two large already prepared coleslaws from the cooler, stuff it all in a bag and carry it over to the counter. Five minutes max, even if you stop midway to check for new messages on your phone. Nope, twenty minutes. Maybe they used it as a training exercise and had every prep person come over to get practice counting the number of pieces in the bucket. Finally, the bucket is brought over to the counter. I pull the cover off, dig through the four breasts on top, peer down into the bucket, and even though it's a bit dark in the pick up area, I could see four thighs in the bottom of the bucket. Unfortunately, I found out when I got home that there were four original recipe thighs hiding in the bottom of the bucket. New lesson - bring a flashlight to verify count and TYPE of chicken in the bucket. read more

Filthy. Disgusting. Literally. Slowest service ever in fast food. Just waited 30 mins for two chicken Little's, two beef and cheese tacos and a small cole slaw. When my husband went to eat them, they were cold, hard, dried out and old. The cole slaw was also dry and old. The kitchen was filthy. The staff talked more than they did prepare food. What a disgrace. This place used to be decent. It's bad now. It needs someone to come in there and get things together. You might be better off dumpster diving behind the adjacent Irving. If I could give 0 stars I would. I didn't get the managers name, but she was awful. Brown curly hair, pulled back into her hat with glasses. I ordered through drive through at about 1020am. They told me that they didn't serve pot pies until 1030am. I was like "that's fine, I'll just wait the 10 minutes" so I pull around into the parking lot until 1030am. I go back around into drive thru at about 1035am and I order the pot pie. They tell me the pot pie won't be done for another 12 minutes because it's in the oven. I was annoyed, but agreed to wait the extra 12 minutes. I had my toddler with me, so I wanted to order her food so she could eat while we wait for the pot pie. So I order the pot pie meal, with a small wedge and 2 biscuits. I get up to the window and pay $17 and then they give me my food. They tell me to have a nice day. I say "I'll be back around in a few Minutes to get my pot pie" she says "we didn't put that pot pie on your order, so you'll have to order that when you go back through" I was like "seriously!? Why is it $17 then?" And they realized they punched in a famous bowl instead of the pot pie. Then they proceeded to say "that's fine, we will just give you the pot pie as the famous bowl. Give us the famous bowl and then you can come back around in 12 mintues and get the pot pie" I was like "but the famous bowl will have my germs on it?" And they are like "we are just going to throw it out" and I'm like "really!? You're going to make me give you back something that you are just going to throw out?! After all the waiting I've had to do, and still need to do?" And she's like "well you can't have both!" And I'm like "seriously? You guys are so ridiculous. That's not good Customer service.. good customer service would be letting the customer kelp your fuck up while they wait for what they actually ordered, since it's just going to be thrown away" and the manager proceeded to threaten to call the cops on me if I didn't give them back their $5 famous bowl!! We went here while waiting to check in to our hotel, me and my friend got a chicken bowl with NO gravy, then when we got our food there was 3 pieces of chicken with no cheese in one, and there was watery gravy in the other when we asked for none. The other order we asked for Mac n cheese and they gave us potatoes, the service wasn't good and the food was plain and not goodly portioned. Besides that the cinnamon biscuits were so good. Would not recommend anything but the biscuits. read more
