The employees here are very great and helpful assisting customers. The burgers here are freshly made and prepared just perfect, even the Cajun fries are made really nice and not too spicy. The inside of this restaurant is very clean including the restrooms. Five guys is a really nice restaurant worth checking out. read more

I suppose people who frequent Five Guys expect the high prices. Well, you do get free peanuts, and a beverage machine where you can choose different flavors for your initial and free refills. A bit messy compared to other Five Guys locations. Yet, if you've been to one before, you know the deal: high prices, tons of French fries, and free peanuts. read more

Service was decent especially for being as busy as they were. My burger was definitely well done and had lots of mayo on it but they forgot the rest of the condiments. My husband's burger was extremely well done to the point of lacking flavor however the broccoli was excellent. Typically there burgers are much better . read more

Everything was amazing. The burgers were great, although my dad's was stolen we got a 10 dollar gift card for it! The servers were very kind in giving us this, and they were super nice. Phone in an order for Bacon Cheeseburger and fries. Got there and one look around the place was very clean. Two workers came in with me and were very friendly telling me this was the best Five Guys. I watched them glove up and get right to work. The guy making the burger told me he wanted me to have fresher fries and started to apologize for the wait. The atmosphere was professional but happy. There were quite a few people coming in and everyone was greeted the same. My son raved about his burger and fries. Maybe pricey but I'll be back. This is the best Five Guys. Ordered from here earlier this week. Got 2 burgers and 2 regular fries. Usually we can't even eat all the fries, it's the reason it costs more $$ and the usual five guy experience. I guess inflation got them too. My "cup of fries" wasn't even full, none in the bag. I couldn't believe it. Won't be going back here. Love Five Guys. This one serves thick shakes. The burger, with lettuce wrap, is amazing. The service was outstanding and their fries are the best. In this location the person who took my order was friendly, helpful and detailed. Even made a few jokes. All other fast food places should visit Five Guys to see how it's done. The only complaint is that they played tons of metal over their speakers but not a single System of a Down song. Maybe I just missed it. Well! The owner must've read the reviews about this Five Guys being dirty because the entire time we were there, the manager (or owner?) was making sure the place was being swept, polished, every surface..tended to like crazy! The poor fellow sweeping must've swept for 45 minutes. The place was/is spotless! The staff are all very very nice and while this is not a high end dining place, we were delighted that our burgers were so damn good we couldn't stop eating and ate every single crumb. We weren't even that hungry! These burgers are delicious. Don't know what it is but they really satisfy. Love you can get so many things on them exactly how you want. And the FRIES! God, I thought McDonald's was the best. These are way up there on the scale, 100 out of 1 - 100. Delicious. Even the peanuts were very fresh. Never knew this place was here til we went to Best Buy. Super busy, place a little dirty...but food was amazing! Glad we ordered ahead of time because food was taking a long time.

Showed up at 8:40pm, mind you the sign says open til 10 pm, the staff saw us walking up and locked the door saying that they were understaffed and closing at 9pm. Waited long time for food. Food was cold. The restaurant had maybe 8 customers in the whole place..no one in line. Men's bathroom door wouldn't close due to a damaged hinge. Manager cleaned 2 vacant tables and left 4 dirty. Floor was filthy. Let several customers struggle with the soda machine which was spitting out brown goo...when I asked for another cup they said "oh that's broken" and continued to let customers try to use i the broken soda machine ...too much trouble to post an out of order sign! God awful. Initially going into the establishment i was understanding of the fact that its Saturday night - i was expecting busy. What i did not expect is waiting in line for about an hour. We were at the very front and had to stand there for far too long. Although it was busy, you would expect the workers to acclimate to the load of orders coming in. The men working were slow and seemed unbothered by the fact that people were in line waiting for their orders to be taken. I beleive i saw one sliding across the kitchen and making the others watch. Then i recognized that every single man making food had a big beard and lacked a hair net. So insanely unsanitary for fast food workers. If you find hair your food, you know who to thank. read more

The first time I tried Five Guys Burgers And Fries was about 5 years ago in SC... It was easily the best burger that I have ever had. It was super hot, flavorful, and juicy. The fries were out of this world.. my favorite being the Cajun! The atmosphere was super fun and all the employees looked so happy to be there. The multi flavored soda machine was new technology back then too... SO COOL! Fast forward to this location, the atmosphere is still fun, the outdoor deck is beautiful, the fries are amazing, the shakes (try peanut butter and Oreo) are great, hotdogs are delicious, great customer service... but the burgers, dry and over cooked...what happened? I have an idea... When they cook the burgers, they practically murder it with a grill press. They squeeze out every bit of juice and flavor when they continuously use the press on the meat. Now I know they use the press to speed up the cooking process and to avoid undercooking the meat... but my goodness! Let the burgers Rest! I don't mind waiting an extra 5 Minutes for a properly cooked burger that I don't have to drown in ketchup so I can swallow it. I do hope that this improves soon, I want to have a burger that tasted just like the first Five Guys burger I ever had... read more

Five Guys is my favorite fast food burger joint by far. Their lettuce wrapped burger is a delight. The ingredients are always fresh. The workers are enthusiastic and friendly. I used to be a bit frustrated when I'd order on the app and go there to pick it up. It was because the workers were so busy that it was hard to even catch their eye to get my food that was ready and waiting for me. However, today I went in and they immediately noticed that I came in without going into the line, and asked if I had an online order. It looks like they're getting a handle on that, and it's much appreciated. You guys are the best. read more

This place is amazing. I highly recommend if your close by and if traveling by its right off the highway. Been going there for years and it's only gotten better.
