Fries were dry and unseasoned. All of them were clumped together. Floors were so sticky my shoes were stuck to them. Workers were pissy.

It's been over two year since my last visit to this, KFC. I am glad to be able to raise them back up to 3 Stars. I went inside to place my order. There was a decent line in the drive-thru and several cars waiting in designated parking for on-line orders. The associates working the counter were super polite and professional. A young lady took my order and when it was ready, a young gentleman called out my name. He was as equally professional, double checking my order and thanking me for coming in. My order was simple, 3 Crispy Tenders with Fries and a Biscuit. The tenders were spot on. The tenders were good sized and super crispy. What I liked the most, I could taste the black pepper. I am a big fan of pepper, so since there was such good seasoning, I had no need for a sauce. However, I was disappointed with the fries. They just didn't do it for me. No flavor, but they were crisp. Next time I will go with the Mashed Potatoes or Cole Slaw as my side. Next time I am making a Caesar Salad with Chicken, I will stop by here and just get the tenders with no sides. That will make my life easier and I'll have a flavorful salad. read more

We asked for no thighs in 8 piece bucket. The response was "maybe". We asked for water. Sorry we don't sell water except for bottled water. Aquafina. 3.09 plus tax. When there IS water available at the self serve. If they said we sell the cups, fine, but it felt deceptive. Gave us the meal but no plates to eat it on. Then when I had to go ask for plates you could tell I was clearly asking too much of the workers. read more

BAD! May 12, 5:25PM. Drive through I ordered a Tuesday $10 special + large Cole slaw. Speaker said "that'll be $21&change". I told her that's not right. she snapped back COME TO WINDOW. At window, the little B!TCH argued that was what her screen said so that's the price. I asked for a manger and she said he was gone. Very poor excuse for KFC. read more

Ordered a famous bowl and two chicken littles. They asked us to pull around to the front after we paid and it took 30 minutes before we went inside to ask what was going on. They tried blaming DoorDash orders. 30 minutes for what we ordered because of DoorDash orders isn't an excuse. Poor service and poor quality. read more

First off I want to commend the awesome manager who made my experience awesome! I decided to go inside and order my food to go, and let me tell you, it was out in less than 2 minutes. On top of the crazy fast service, the food was hot, flavorful, and delicious! I myself never liked KFC in the area, never have I ever had food this good from a KFC location in a very LONG time! I want to thank the manager and the rest of the staff for the amazing customer service and the perfect quality of the food! I will 10/10 recommend this location to anyone in the area! If you've had a bad experience with this location in the past give it another chance, they've definitely came along way!! read more

Ordered delivery around 7pm and food arrived hot and fresh. Portions were what I expected. Original recipe and sides all tasted fine. Ordering with the app you can't make too many changes but overall was satisfied. read more

OMG Professionalism is gone! I tried to call in a very large order. THE MANAGER was so rude and refused my order over the phone. I had coupons and the website would not allow me to put in the code. I went ahead and placed the order , not receiving the coupon. Paid for the order, received a confirmation, my bank texted me a notification deduction when I arrived to pick up the order the rude manager claimed they didn't have the order, I showed her my confirmation. She said it was canceled on their end & they did not receive the money. I showed her the bank notice. She finally made my order, did not give me the coupon price or even return my coupon ! I love KFC but with the employees they hire, I'm afraid they will be next to go out of business. :-( read more

If I could give this zero stars, I would. This was absolutely the worst KFC I have ever been to - and I am grading it based on the buffet - so not sure if you order off the menu. Went for dinner with family and we all got the buffet. Wow - this has soured me on eating at any KFC for a long time. Everything on the buffet was horrible. The chicken was greasy and dry, the mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese looked like they had been sitting out for days, there were 2 biscuits out that could have been used as weapons they were so hard, weird cabbage, weird broccoli cheese stuff a blackberry cobbler that was awful. If this is how they are going to run a buffet - they need to stop right now! read more

Ol Col. Sanders must be rolling in his grave at the atrocity his brand has become. This location is a perfect example. The kids here don't give a crap about how to make a finger lickin good chicken dinner. The drive through is in the business of paying it forward by giving you the next persons order. The interior is usually filthy with a mess of old, decaying extra dry chicken. The soda fountain is filthy. Overall just a poor location. If you want someone else's order and be shorted items in your own order when you back to make it right, this is your place. Otherwise, don't waste your time. PS- Don't try calling to let them know they messed up. The number doesn't work. read more

Drive-in orders were wrong twice, one order of popcorn chicken was dry, hard, and massively overseasoned. I wondered if the pieces were scooped from the bottom of the warming bin at the end of the day. The manager denied twice that the item was on the menu. Contact with the restaurant manager was a total failure. In my previous hometown I had KFC regularly but after this restaurant, don't think I will again. read more

We call and complain person is rude and states " well I can take your name or you can drive all the way back for missing items!" Yes so the rest. I really don't know how they stay in business, especially with Popeye's just a couple of blocks away. I took my mother out to eat an early dinner about 4:30pm at KFC. We both just chose the buffet for our meal. I went to the restroom prior to eating to wash my hands, and there were no paper towels to dry my hands on, had to use toilet paper. When I returned to my table, my mother said there isn't much on the buffet. She was right. Maybe 5-6 pieces of old chicken (maybe since lunch?) and about 2-3 scoops of mashed potatoes, and some green beans, all looking very old. I went to the counter and waited a minute or two for one of the employees (who where all talking and looking at their cellphones back behind the middle racks and warmers) wait on me. I asked her when the fresh food was coming out. She said that food on the buffet has only been out there for 30 mins. or so... Right. I went ahead a got a couple of dry, tasteless pieces of chicken and some slaw with a biscuit and choked it down... should have asked for a refund and walked out. We ate at KFC Friday night 7pm, we had buffet. three pieces of chicken had to wait, no bisquits, had to wait 30 minutes then they put out four bisquits. No ice in machine, they never appoligized. No napkins, had to ask. We kept getting glares by employee. Didn't not appear to be a manager on duty. If there was, they need to be fired. Date was: 11/6/15 7:00pm. We will never go back there.
