Andy saved me! I got locked out of my bedroom with my cell phone inside. Luckily the TV in the living room is a smart TV so I was able to go on Yelp and communicate with him via the messaging system. He was very quick to respond and was able to come out within 30 minutes. He worked tirelessly on my lock for about an hour. It wouldn't unlock so he explained he could either break the lock or I could call someone else. I gave him the okay to break the lock (which caused no damage to the door whatsoever). I was going to have to buy another lock and replace it myself but to my luck he had another door knob that was identical to the one I had so he replaced it for me. Highly recommend Andy for any of your locksmith needs. I bought a door handle with a lock from a company out of the country for my new custom metal gate. The lock and install was a real pain and the keys to the lock were not working. I called up Andy and texted him pictures and was told it was very complex and there would be a 50/50 chance he could do it with the parts he had. I took my chances and had him come out. Once he was here, he took apart the lock and went to work. It took a few tries but he got it to work. Once he put the handles in place, we find out the holes were not cut big enough and was slightly off line. He went above and beyond what we initially agreed to.
