Probably so, but those are highlights for me. I looked at a few different ones when I knew I'd have to go and ultimately decided on this one even though it was on the other side of town. It looked like it'd be worth the drive and it was. Google Maps said it was at the busiest it normally gets when I went but it wasn't busy at all and this was around noon. Based on my experience, I don't have anything bad to say. I did self service which was easy to figure out from getting a card and loading money on to it to working the machines. There is also an option for drop off but I didn't inquire so unsure of the price per pound. I stayed on one side of the building so I saw three different sizes of washers and 3 different for dryers. There of course is free wifi and the cafe was a nice touch. I ordered a 24oz passion fruit, guava, and orange smoothie which was pretty good all things considered. When encountering staff, they were pleasant! There was also plenty of parking. Again, nothing bad to say and I highly recommend!

I took my wedding dress there to be cleaned And steamed before my wedding and Stephen was patient and attentive. He even got it cleaned in a short amount of time to be ready for my wedding. After, I of course brought it back to him to be cleaned again and preserved/boxed. He even had me come back in after the cleaning and before the boxing so I could inspect the whole train. He even offered to include invitations or my veil in the preservation box too! Don't let the shop's "hole in the wall" atmosphere deter you! Not only was the blouse ruined, they did not tell me about it and instead hid it in between the other garments I had dry cleaned and took my payment. When I got home and took everything out of the bag I saw the ruined top. I went back asking for a refund and instead was given a 15 minute lecture on why they should not have to give me one. I understand they did not mean to destroy the top, but the fact that they hid it and let me pay for it is unacceptable. They ended up giving me a "complementary" suit cleaning. I figured I would give them one more shot and brought in a suit. The complementary cleaning was only $20 and I was charged $5 on top of that. When I came to pick up the suit, it had stains on it that were not there when I brought it in. I took the suit to another dry cleaner to fix their mistake. DO NOT GO HERE
