Probably so, but those are highlights for me. I looked at a few different ones when I knew I'd have to go and ultimately decided on this one even though it was on the other side of town. It looked like it'd be worth the drive and it was. Google Maps said it was at the busiest it normally gets when I went but it wasn't busy at all and this was around noon. Based on my experience, I don't have anything bad to say. I did self service which was easy to figure out from getting a card and loading money on to it to working the machines. There is also an option for drop off but I didn't inquire so unsure of the price per pound. I stayed on one side of the building so I saw three different sizes of washers and 3 different for dryers. There of course is free wifi and the cafe was a nice touch. I ordered a 24oz passion fruit, guava, and orange smoothie which was pretty good all things considered. When encountering staff, they were pleasant! There was also plenty of parking. Again, nothing bad to say and I highly recommend!

The cheapest is 7.75, but they are basically double loaders, so come here, when you have lots of laundry to do. The dryers are along the opposite wall that the washers are on, and sliding glass doors in front and back of the launderette make getting your clothes to your car much easier. I loaded in from the front of the place, but once I noticed the parking lot in the back, I drove around and parked right next to the door! Easy peasy!

The owner called me saying that my check had bounced and "collections" (??? language barrier). After 2 hrs calling the bank and checking statements, the check was cashed with money deposited into their account from mine 3 days earlier. They should have called their bank prior to calling their customer. They were courteous, but they blamed other employees for the mistake, sent a text apology (no phone call if you don't owe money) and offered no compensation in any way. I'm a grad student. We honestly weren't impressed with the facilities in Wildwood so we decided to drive another 20 minutes east to check out the Spanish Springs location. Best decision we made and they had a friendly and helpful employee which made a difference. This Bucharest Blvd. location has options to pay which "Wildwood" did not. (Coins OR credit card). Wash starts at $3.00 and dryers take about $1.25. Heavy items take about 35 mins. See pictures for fees on larger machines. YES... we recommend and would return!
