My daughter was temporarily staying in Jacksonville and we were forced to rely on Yelp reviews to get my daughter's wedding dress drastically altered. They also altered her now husbands uniform. For my daughter's dress, we wanted the sheer sides to be closed & the straps to sit just right on her shoulders and be comfortable. I don't know how Eva's pulled this off but they certainly did! This was a complicated task. We were very nervous but we wasted a lot of energy stressing for no reason. Both my son in laws uniform and my daughter's dress turned out perfectly!

She is incredibly kind, sweet, and so willing to work with you. I had to buy a wedding dress off the rack that was 5 sizes too big and needed the entire dress and veil altered within 3 weeks. Eva saw me right away, provided her expert recommendations on how best to alter the dress, and showed me the different options for making adjustments. She was incredibly professional and reassuring throughout the whole process. Despite the tight deadline, Eva worked her magic and got my dress back to me in just 1.5 weeks! It looked absolutely perfect, and you would never have known it was originally 5 sizes too big. To top it off, Eva also altered my husband's uniform to fit him perfectly. She did an amazing job and made sure he looked sharp and professional on our wedding day. I cannot recommend Eva enough. She is not only talented but also incredibly kind and understanding. The store is very unorganized as I'm calling on the phone upset because of this agreement and having this dress ready gentlemen on the phone was very rude and not being professional. His wordings and type of customer service were unprofessional, and his attitude was not helpful. He did not want to help me kept commenting on everything I was saying and not hearing me out the situation on the tardiness of actual due date of the dress unorganization. Do not go to that store. It is a hot mess and the gentleman is not helpful. He has an attitude problem.

Therefore, I lost $1.50 because they simply didnt have the change. - I was promised a week later, I showed up 9 days later at noon, but they had closed up early for some unknown reason (their hours are until 12:30pm). - Their hours said they open at 12:30 on Monday. I took my lunch break to drive out there, but now they're closed on Monday. - This random man said he could give me my pants if I had paid (I had) so I walked in (11 days later, 4 days after promise date) to find my pants on the ironing board, not hung up. - The pants had clearly not been altered. I demanded my money back, but this man said I'd have to come back when Olga was here. I said I'm not doing that because their hours are incorrect. He said he can't give me my $40 back.
