Twice they have been to the dry cleaner twice. I've dropped off items that have a stain on it and neither time were they able to get the stain out. The second time they didn't even tell me they couldn't get it out. They just handed me my item and neither time did they give me any kind of a discount at all I get it. They still went to the work to do it, but when I specifically bring something in for a stain, if you can't get it out at a bare minimum, you should let me know that you weren't able to get it out. There was a third occasion I went to bring something into them - a cushion cover to a chair seat bottom- and he told me that he could not clean it because his machines could not basically handle the item something. It was a single chair cushion cover only.

The staff was polite and attentive upon drop off and pick up. The cost for the 4 items I dropped off actually ended up being fairly reasonable as well. I was just a bit concerned about that as I wasn't told upon dropping them off. I was given the option of how quickly these needed to be turned around. Overall a very good experience. Nothing to do with Herman Jackson's, but parking is always an adventure in San Marco and it would be nice if they had their own parking. It would also be nice to have an idea of what the cost was going to be before leaving the drop off but the fact that it was reasonable more than made up for that. Great place to use of you need a dry cleaner in Jacksonville. I recommend you give them a try.
