I love that they have a drive-through! Charles, the owner, explained my items would be ready the following week by Wednesday due to the schedule of the seamstress. He also explained that due to Covid, both the shirts would have to be dry cleaned after the seamstress repairs were complete. Charles provided excellent customer service! Most of the time he remembers my name even though I only visit a few times a year. That's impressive! I paid the bill when I dropped off the items which cost a little more than $30. I felt this was reasonable. I was so happy to see he removed the stain from my favorite dress and it looked brand new. And I was pleased with both of my shirt repairs. I would absolutely recommend Cedar Cleaners for anyone looking for dry cleaning or seam stress repairs.

The same person accepted and returned my order. The final bill was almost $15 higher than quoted. The vest was reclassified as a jacket on the final receipt, and the person explained me that they only consider the item as a vest if it is a part of a suit only but before the order he considered my vest as the vest. The price for the second item was $10 higher than what I was told initially. If you consider using this service, make sure to double-check the final bill to avoid overcharging. That experience of care for each customer and each garment continued throughout the drop off and pick up process. I am extremely satisfied with the condition of my clothes and the price I paid to have the dry cleaning done. The turn around seemed quicker than most other dry cleaners as well. There is even a little semi-circle to park your car while dropping off and picking up. The entire experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend I & C cleaners for all of your dry cleaning needs.

The staff, particularly the front desk employee (whose name began with "D"), was rude and dismissive. I was then told I could go pick it up myself from the plant where they outsource the cleaning -- a 25-minute drive each way. I ended up spending an hour driving to retrieve my own order, and when I asked the owner for a reasonable price adjustment for the inconvenience, he refused, stating he couldn't give it to me "for free" -- even though I never asked for that. He eventually offered a $15 credit for my next visit but made no apology and showed no concern for the inconvenience caused. I paid the full price, received poor service, and was treated with indifference. There was a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, or basic customer courtesy. I would not trust this business again -- especially if your items are time-sensitive or important.
