When I got there, Jen had a quick paper for me to fill out regarding massage and overall medical history/issues. She took me right back and the hour flew by before I knew it. I immediately felt a difference in my back and shoulders from the tense knot they came in as to the much improved unknotted forms. She did warn me that I would probably be sore for about 48 hrs after and I am starting to feel the effects of that a bit. But it definitely wouldn't stop me from returning!

They say to "be aware of our 24-hour cancelation policy" in push notifications but don't make it clear on what that is. Absolutely understand protecting the workers and their time, but for the first time ever, I had an important work meeting come up during my appointment I couldn't change and tried to reschedule for later the same day or that week and was offered zero flexibility--and was told I'd be charged 50% of the service. Again, love the workers and understand protecting them, but there should be one free late-cancellation or flexibility to move the same day, especially for regular, loyal customers.
