For example, if you have an issue, i.e., canceling a membership, an inquiry, etc., then you must call their corporate headquarters in Ohio, instead of the local branch. Points to consider when going to ModWash: 1) Membership is a better value than a one time wash. Even the less expensive plan will get the job done and if you average one wash a week, your dollar goes a long way. 2) Some locations have a mat cleaner, a machine you insert your dirty mats and it will clean them. Take advantage of the compressed air, the cleaning sprays, vaccum and the wipe down towels if you have time to polish up your ride. 3) Many locations make it much more convenient to get your car cleaned up. Just on the south side, I see Bridgeville and Washington alone with 3 locations... Decent service and overall recommended.

When it was done it was almost perfect. (Of course a touch less wash isn't going to get hard on grime) The under-carriage spray was the best feature, it removes the salt from the wintery mess which causes rust.

Since the transition to Rocket, it seems the main priority hasn't been quality of service, but rather pushing as many subscriptions as possible. On my most recent visit, I went for the most expensive service. Not because they do a great job, but because I'm hoping that maybe that visit will be the visit they remember to do all the services I pay for. Sometimes, it's not doing the windows. Other times, it's not vacuuming the backseat. Today, it was doing such a poor job on cleaning my wheels -- and yet when I had to ask them to re-do that, I'm looked at like I was demanding their firstborn child. I realize it's a busy car wash, and I'm not expecting a detail level of service. But if you're charging $36 for a service that used to cost around $20 at the same location under a different name, I think we can be a little more fastidious about the offerings.
