Just bought a beautiful HD Heritage Softail from Keys Cycles. Very clean, low mileage, and with a verbal history of the bike. I will state with conviction what others have said here, Fuzzy is a stand up guy, honest, no bs, and very knowledgeable about his inventory and HDs in general. Qualities not often seen in today's retailers. Prices were on the low side for the condition of the bikes. If I could leave negative stars for this dealership I would. I recently purchased a 2006 Softail Springer Classic from FUZZY (the owner) that was delivered in January up to Chicago, IL. I found the bike on Ebay, and it looked very nice! The listing for the ad stated that the bike was "ONE NICE SPRINGER", which it is, HOWEVER, the listing also stated that the bike was "READY TO RIDE", which is a LIE. The day I received the bike I quickly realized that it has no working brake lights, horn, speedometer, turn signals, hazards, or functional gas gage, and it has water in the brake lines. On top of that, it was leaking primary fluid, and the motor oil was BLACK. All fluids have to be dropped. What the HELL Keys Cycles!!! What ever happened to honest disclosure? I just got the bad news today from Illinois Harley Davidson in Countryside, IL. ($1250 TOTAL FOR REPAIRS!) I should file a complaint with eBay. The listing advertised "No disappointments here", which is also a lie. Had someone come in to look at the bike they would have talked him down $1500 or walked away from this nightmare. (I paid $8K cash for this thing! I can't help feeling that I was taken advantage of because I purchased this scooter sight unseen, and he would never have to answer for his dishonesty. The owner was under the weather throughout the entire sale and negotiation process and well and was super rude throughout. Luckily for him I was determined to buy this bike, so I tolerated his terrible personality. Lastly, I was charged $600 for him to transport the bike up to Miami where it was picked up by the hauler because no one wants to drive down to Po Dunk Marathon FL. for work. I am normally not a tattle tale, but in this case I can not site back and let other unsuspecting people be fooled by this dealership. Do not buy ANYTHING from this dealership without going down there to look at it first under any circumstances! This is the most dishonest business I have ever even heard of ....... Please don't rent anything from this place. They rent Harleys and boats. He has disgruntled customers damaging his boats. The boat I rented was a 24 ft pursuit with a brand new 300 hp Suzuki.. The problem was the motor was overheating everyday... when they sent the mechanic, I was told that i shouldn't drive it fast..... The computer turns the boat off all the time to protect the motor.... This is very dangerous. I had a professional captain operating the boat for me. When we were on the bay side it shut down while driving at 4000 rpm's. We were in a very narrow channel and within seconds the boat was in the sand. I called to let them know and "fuzzy" started screaming at me. I told him I would limp in at 2000 rpm's. This meant I was a little late. They charged me 3100 dollars in surcharges and late fees....instead of reembursing me from renting me a boat that they knows overheats.. Since I was here..... staying next door I have seen the police several times there. Someone put a dead cat over there And damaged his boats.. that is probably why my boat was overheating. He still rented it then added over $3000 in surcharges. I had to call the police because he threatened my wife and made her cry ... the better business bureau is about to take away his Licence... he prays on tourists!!!! Then he try's to intimidate you and makes up fictitious charges. Can you imagine your rental overheats and you can barley make it back so he charges you for an extra day.... Then he takes the boat and you don't get to use it for the day that he charges you for.... Scam alert!!!!!! NEVER RENT FROM THIS MAN!!!!!! captain Pips.... The owner was very rude. The Harley rentals were limited to 200 miles so don't waste the money on a 24 hour rental. Harley's can not go to the mainland either. If you do and he gets notified of a toll then you are charged $500. He also charged us a $1000 deposit (which was fine and understandable) but when he "refunded" it back something happened and it was never credited back. When I called and asked about it he was arguementive and very rude. I ended up disputing it with my credit card company to get the money back. The owner was very rude. Have done business with Fuzzy several times. He is straight forward and down to the point. Some people, reading these reviews, don't get that. If you make a reservation on a rental you are blocking other people from renting for that time. When you then decide that you rather go fishing that day or a Harley is too big for you well you are causing that business to loose money, besides causing other people not to have the joy of renting a bike that day. Reading the reviews of the Scooter guy it sure sounds like the reply is point on with the first comment of the "one-star" review. Scooters and bikes are two different things. You should go to someone who fixes lawnmowers to have your 50cc scooter repaired. Fuzzy has been good to the Keys and its visitors for years. I have nothing but positive things to say. He says he will fix it and he does. He tells you this is the way it is and it is! And that is hard to find these days! read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone traveling to marathon or through the keys.Fuzzy the owner is very untrustworthy person.Rented a boat from him paid in full closed my account/contract an two weeks later he took it upon himself to get my credit card information from the closed contract and manually input it with some bogus charges. Awful experience. I made a reservation over the phone on the 23rd and left a voicemail the morning of the 24th cancelling the next day because we did not feel comfortable driving the model they had rented us. They told me their voicemail wasn't working and charged me $500 anyways, even though no contract was signed, no email confirmation was sent, and no verbal communication of the cancellation policy was provided. Now having to loop in credit card and lawyer to get back the money. Do not rent from here. I've never written a bad review before this. Very unfortunate experience. read more

I delivered my bike two weeks ago for electrical repairs. I called and ask them to check the brakes. They did a brake job and replaced the battery which was new anyways. The running lights that worked when I took it in, no longer work. The electrical starting problem I ask to be repaired was never done. The bike would start without hitting the starter button. My flashing brake lights no longer work, but did when in went in. I was told because I was now upset and complained that I was considered a "Disgruntled Customer" and they would now only accept cash and not my credit card for payment. I returned with $668.00 in cash to get my bike back. BEWARE dealing with KEYS CYCLE, Marathon, FL. I will never go there again! read more
