I'm giving City Sling Shots 3 stars because the slingshot wasn't clean when I got it, had a water marks like they just rinsed it out and let it air dry and it didn't have a full tank of gas, (even though they require you to return it with a full tank). The renting process was extremely easy so that was a plus. They also were the cheapest renters in the area. Found them on Groupon and rented the slingshot for 8 hours for just $192. Be advised that you will need to also pay for an additional $46 for insurance and the Sunrun pass and a $500 security deposit that you will get back 3-5 business days after the slingshot is returned without damages. You can leave the deposit on a credit card. All other slingshot rental places were requiring $500 cash or payment through cash app. The female rep that helped us with the rental was friendly. Definitely will rent from them again when I'm back in Miami!

We were given a quoted price and then they raised the price since he's 21 Even when the price was well established. The employee was not only rude but he tried to change the price 3 times to get more money out of us. I then decided I would go ahead and rent the car myself but they wouldn't allow me to use our joint credit card that I am on myself but since it has my partner's name was on the card first they wouldn't allow not allow me to use the credit card with my license. They did everything to squeeze every penny out of us. We decided to leave and instead uber for almost our entire trip. I talked to a few other car rental places with more reasonable prices but still outrageous. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this scam. Something that was supposed to help Us with our special stay in South Beach turned it into an unnecessary hassle and nightmare.
