We were surprised at how accommodating they were to our needs and the staff were very friendly. They found a great place for us to dock and were very helpful with their local knowledge. The marine basin is clean and well protected, a little unnerving to pull into with a 26 foot beam catamaran, but it is easier than it looks. We even saw a baby manatee that stayed around for hours. West Marine is right next door and Publix is 1.5 miles down the road, with several good restaurants nearby. The pricing is quite reasonable. We highly recommend them and would come again if boat repairs are needed.

I wonder if some of these reviewers actually were customers of Unique Marine because my experience with them is totally different from the experiences they are describing. I have only had a great relationship with this company, beginning with the efforts my salesperson took after I left my drivers license at the yard and he drove all the way to Miami Airport to make sure I had an ID for my flight! (I made the flight as well as he made it to the airport in record time from Tavenier). Post purchase Unique has been very prompt with my questions and concerns and patient as they educated me on the various features of the boat. Recently I took it in for a 100 hr service and they could not have been more thorough in the process, even upgrading the systems with features that I did not have prior. They hit everything from the boat mechanics to the lights and even boat labels that had fallen off. There were a couple outstanding items where the service technician came to my house to finish and he went through the checklist again even if it wasn't required. I love my WorldCat. I knew coming in there would be issues (if you don't think there are issues on any new boat think again) and Unique was there to resolve them everytime. What does this mean? It means I'm putting the lives of those that come aboard in grave danger. When the empirbus system fails, (Which is all the time) it renders my GPS out of operation, which in turn means I cannot even get to the things that are needed to run my boat safely. Here is a list of things I cannot get to when the system is down. Nav lights, bait wells, windless anchor, fish box, all lighting on the boat, the horn, fresh and saltwater wash down, fishbox pump out and of course my 2 main Gamin GPS screens. This system is so bad in just 3 short years Worldcat has decided to scrap them and return to an analog system. So, like a vehicle recall why won't Worldcat make good on their product and fix it? I don't know, I have tried repeatedly to contact them, and they have decided to completely ignore my calls. I have been selling tomatoes for the largest tomato produce in North America for 43 years, one thing my owners have always pressed upon on is 'WE STAND BEHIND OUR PRODUCT) why won't worldcat do the same? I'm not asking for extra, I just want what I purchased, Trust me when I tell you the way my boat functions now because of this faulty system, telling you my passengers' lives are in danger is NOT an exaggeration. I have spent thousands trying to fix this problem, its unfixable, it must be ripped out and a much more efficient analog system put in its place. Is that expensive? Yes, it is, but standing behind their product is what quality companies do. I went two weeks without any word, and when I finally heard from him four weeks later, it was an excuse about back surgery, something which he could of let me know in advanced but instead choose to ghost me. By week six, the bill was an outrageous $5,500 with no prior estimate. I paid it, hoping the repairs were done, but upon testing the boat, the motors wouldn't start. After bringing it back, I faced overheating issues and was promised a follow-up trip to ensure everything was fixed. Despite this, Angel had the audacity to send me another invoice for accompanying me to the marina. After I had gone 3x to test the boat after his "service". The prices he charged were ridiculous, and every other shop I've consulted agrees. This was my first boat, and unfortunately, I learned the hard way.
