If you had friends and family staying, you definitely wouldn't be crowded. I know how it is being around family too long sometimes, lol. You are right on the Gulf of Mexico with beautiful views, amazing sunsets and sunrises (where can you do that!). Very clean and elegant. We were only looking for shelter, but Catoosa Cove Marina proved to be far more than that. The staff were very professional and got us safely tied up in winds that were gusting to 25 knots. The laundry and showers were outstanding, and we enjoyed excellent meals at their restaurant, Habano's. You get a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, a loft, AND a patio right on the water. It's unbelievable we were technically on a boat. It was definitely more hotel-ish than a boat.
