Terrible. They are not familiar with prior authorization with insurance company. I got denied by insurance because from the document i got said I have only try one alternative but actually I have tried a lot before. If they are familiar with that, they should ask me more about what alternatives I have tried. What's more worse, I got a very rude attitude from a so called manager Angela Loftin regarding my excuse from class matter. She refused my request in the first place without consulting the doctor. What she exactly said is like: I will not let my doctor write that note for you. I'm pretty annoyed by that attitude, I could understand if the doctor could not make that note for me but I could not accept she told me in the first place. I don't think she has the professional judgment in respect of this issue. Finally she emailed me said that is the doctor decision but who knows. So I'll go for another physician tranfering my prescription to another clinic. Don't ever want to make a penny from me!!!!! Besides you need to wait a long time to see the doctor, and before that, The nurse there tried to sell you something else like do you wanna have a pair of glass!

I showed at 2:30 in hopes they may get me in a bit early. They called me back at 3:00 to do some assessment testing, which lasted about 15 minutes. At 3:15pm took me to an exam room where I waited for an hour and 15 minutes with no communication from staff about delays or a long wait period. Never got a chance to see the doctor. I finally walked out at 4:30 with no communication to them. If they have no more respect for my time and no better appreciation for me as a patient, I'm happy to seek the services of a different Ophthalmologist. Make sure you plan plenty of additional time when visiting this clinic."

Yet, no one caught the signs and symptoms for her specific diagnosis until she went to Dr. Tran. It took me couple months to convince her to get her "annual" eye exam after at least 2-3 years of not having one. Right away, Dr. Tran suspected something concerning and referred her to more testings. Long story short and without going into too much details, because of his suggestion, we discovered several of her health issues and complications that must have happened over the past couple years. I have not had to get an eye exam since learning about my mom's issue, or else I would have started coming here. However, I have referred a friend of mine here for chemical burnt. She was seen by Dr. Khan and quickly felt better after leaving the office. They have one in the office waiting area, and right outside the office in the lobby waiting area, so there are plenty of spaces for social distancing during this Covid-19. All of the staff here are very nice and friendly as well.

As someone who works within the medical field (optometric/ophthalmic field specifically), I don't…read morethink I've ever been this disappointed in a medical staff as I have with this specific KE center. I have multiple family members who have had procedures done here, so I'm sure the doctors do a fine job. My issue isn't with the doctors - it's with the front office staff. The inability to get a singular paper filled out and signed and returned in an appropriate time is actually ridiculous. To tell me to go over to the LASIK department when not a single soul was there and then lie to my face about a doctor being gone and JUST conveniently returning from his vacation on a Thursday before Labor Day weekend is actually insane for a lead supervisor. To send a "completed form" back where words were inadequately covered by white out tape and the doctor's name being misspelled is quite frustrating. For me to return and explain that I need this form filled out and told "we'll get it to you by the end of the day" just to not get it by the end of the day is wild. For me to have to come back after Labor Day and get scoffed at as I walked in to inquire about a form that should've taken no more than a week to be completed and returned, I was already out of patience with the lead supervisor and the staff. She told me "the person in charge of these special paperwork was not in office on Friday." She said "the doctor isn't at this office today." I ended up driving to the Southlake location where the doctor was working in order to get a signature for a simple form that needed to be turned in ASAP on my end but it got dragged out since August 15th when the form was first given to KE-Arlington. I wasted so much time over a form that should've taken 2 minutes to fill out and 2 seconds for the overseeing doctor to sign. Something that should've been returned within the day, or at the very least by the end of the week when the form was given. Now their staff probably thinks I'm a difficult and crazy person, but in reality, they pushed me to become this nasty person.

Upon checking in for our appointment, we were asked for ID. We provided an expired Driver License and copy of the Insurance Card. Without regard for the disabled senior I was bringing to the doctor, we were told the appointment would have to be rescheduled. They would not permit me to bring ID later, nor would they accept a SS card as ID or any other documents we had. No prior instruction was given to bring any ID with us. And they were inflexible and rude about enforcing their decision. After going there for many years, I will no longer recommend them.
