Onions and cilantro were flavorful yet not overpowering. You can tell they take pride in the quality of both their food and service here. The ambiance is bright and welcoming. Most food trucks are not as lit up or do not have seating. Pescado has seating, tables, umbrellas, fans, and lights for ambiance. We arrived about 40 minutes before closing, and our food took roughly 30 minutes to come out, but it was absolutely worth the wait. Everything is made to order, and it shows. While waiting, my son and I wandered around checking out the plants and noticed the many awards Chef Clive has earned over the years for his incredible food. I'm typically averse to spicy food, but for this place, it was completely worth it. I ordered the island salad with Jamaican jerk chicken added, while others in our group had the hot tuna tacos and mahi tacos. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and had just the right touch of spice.
