I share this because I called 3 other places no one answered and no one ever called me back. Second he was so friendly, kind and compassionate even over the phone! They immediately sent a mechanic to attempt a jump start (yes, wonderful Guillermo walked over to my location) and when that failed, they offered to PUSH MY CAR to the shop because I was so close. Unfortunately, I couldn't even shift to neutral and had to arrange a tow (which they also offered to help with, if I didn't have it covered by insurance).
