I was able to try the dress on when I first went there to show them what needed to be fixed and they told me it would be ready in 5 days. Unfortunately, when I went to try it on again it still needed to be altered a bit more but they were able to get that completed in a couple of days which I thought was great. Issues I observed: * Multiple loose threads left untrimmed throughout the hems * Thread bunching and messy stitching at several locations * Rough finishing and excessive bulk where the side seams meet the hem * Visible inconsistencies in the stitching and reattachment seam * The hems do not hang naturally and tend to flare or stick out at the bottom, giving the jeans an uneven appearance when worn * Overall workmanship appears rushed and lacks attention to detail For an additional charge, I expected a cleaner, more professional result. Instead, the finished product looks noticeably altered and falls well short of the quality I expected. After my experience, I read through other reviews and noticed that several customers appeared to report similar issues specifically with jeans and denim alterations. Had I seen those comments beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different tailor for this work. It was disappointing to find that my experience did not seem to be an isolated case. I considered returning to discuss the issue, but ultimately decided it was not worth the time and effort. My time is more valuable than pursuing a correction for a relatively small dollar amount. The craftsmanship was flawless -- he didn't just tailor the suit to fit perfectly now, he even left extra fabric hidden inside the seams so we can let it out as my son grows. For context, I agreed he could alter the back and close up this absurd gap between the halter tie and the seam. I only had about a week before the wedding (because I'd ordered/returned so many options that didn't work from the bridesmaid online shop). It was my first time going to Le, so I didn't know what to expect. I'd read reviews and had friends in the area recommend him. I'm glad I listened.
