The clinical staff here is patient, caring, and very professional. The facility is clean and equipped with excellent tools that genuinely support high-quality treatment. Unfortunately, after our fourth visit we were told our insurance was not covering the sessions. I explained that we had an approved referral and requested time to contact Tricare, as similar errors have happened in the past. Instead, I was told the billing was correct and that we would need to pay out of pocket, even with a discount. When I contacted Tricare, they confirmed the claim had been submitted incorrectly and explained the proper steps. After I relayed this information, the billing manager agreed to resubmit the claim, though the interaction felt tense. Because of this issue, despite having approved visits from October through March, we were only able to use three and had to cancel the rest. The actual treatment at Fyzical was excellent, and had we not encountered this billing problem, we would have gladly continued care there.

I have suffered from back pain on an off for many years, but a recent severe episode of back pain required a spine specialist with extensive experience. I was referred to Harry Koster (Spine & Rehab) and have now been to two sessions in the past week. The new patient on-boarding experience was very professional and thorough. The entire staff, from the reception desk to the admin folks who processed my insurance paperwork were friendly and efficient. My appointment started right on time, which I really appreciate in an era when doctors and medical practitioners don't respect patients' time. I came from a half-hour away, and appreciated not having to wait an hour in the waiting room. The drive is worth it. I never select medical care providers by "convenience". My health care is worth an extra fifteen minutes of drive time. My experience with the entire staff was exceptional. The entire staff exceeded my expectations, and especially Mr. Koster, who took his time with me to explain my condition and how to improve it to relieve my symptoms and to help to prevent future flare-ups. Mr. Koster is McKenzie Method certified, a distinction that distinguishes Harry Koster, PT, from other physical therapists that do not have that certification. The McKenzie method is a long-time trusted method to treat and prevent back pain. I'm happy to report that, thanks to Harry Koster, I'm on the road to recovery, with noticeable improvement within a week of the onset of my back (lower lumbar) pain.

I honestly felt badly and it wasn't ok to just not show; HOWEVER the response I received is that I had already been cancelled due to "non-compliance" and "if I need anything don't hesitate to contact us! "With the exclamation. I let them know that I don't have to do a GD thing except stay black and die. No patient has to COMPLY and put up with passive aggressive exclamation points. I am a successful therapist in private practice. I would NEVER say they have to COMPLY. If anything I would express concern and enquire if there was an issue that could be addressed to help them make the appointment. Maybe they aren't completely satisfied with the service. Or maybe they have PTSD and Parkinson's LIKE ME and don't sleep well which makes it difficult for them to get up early. And maybe they are embarrassed and don't know how to convey this because people will say cruel, ignorant, and insensitive things. And maybe trying to do exercises and following the direction is difficult due to feeling like your body is portraying you. In essence, I had to really think about what I was doing. I guess noone there understands how much mental effort it takes to get your body to comply with Parkinson's,MS, etc. And for kickers I had to be redirected on how to exit. Because I was that confused Point is and I know no noone really cares about customer service, but you build a business by building relationships. They may have the best services and the most qualified employees, so I wouldn't want to discourage anyone from going there. The only thing I will say is you never know where someone is or what they are going through. I am a vet and my body is falling apart. People don't understand or care what we put our bodies through and not just from war. Then we deal with services that show no empathy and make things worse. Look up how many vets kill themselves everyday. There are paper services out there but they are often manned by cruel people. Our community is really hurting and some more than me. It's heartbreaking. All of this could have been managed with some curiosity. So the next time a vet comes with a similar or different issue, I hope they show a little bit of concern about how what may seem easy is incredibly difficult to do.... To include "Complying". That is what I "need!"; absolutely heartbreaking.

Recovering from surgery is no picnic, and it helps so much to be working with people who genuinely care about me. Mari, the wonderful woman at the front desk, was the first person I met. She smiled and greated me pleasantly. She is always extremely friendly when I come in for treatments. Danny, the physical therapist and owner of Thrive, is professional, warm and cares a great deal about his patients. He is encouraging and supportive, and pushes me to accomplish the goals we set. My appointments always start on time and I receive a lot of personal attention. Orlando, Arturo and Jiselle, his assistants, are all amazing and they do everything they can to make sure I'm comfortable. Working with this group of people has made this, otherwise traumatic experience, a lot easier for me.

From my first encounter some months ago on the phone to my initial evaluation, it was apparent that Danny and his entire staff were very sensitive and professional in how they treated patients. After evaluating me, Danny laid out a plan for intensive therapy. Progress was slow at the beginning but after much perseverance, both on my part and that of his staff, I was pain free. And have remained that way ever since. More recently I injured my neck and was treated by his associate Hector. Hector is also a physical therapist who incorporates some different techniques in his treatment. He practices traditional PT but in addition, uses "dry needling". Again, the professionalism and caring I experienced with everyone at the clinic was over the top. And once again after some intensive work with Hector, I am good as new. If you need Physical Therapy, I recommend you ask your PCP or Orthopedist to refer you for treatment at Thrive. Yes it is bit of a drive but worth every minute it takes to get there.

A Love Letter to the Wedge--and the Amazing Infante Hand & Rehabilitation Team…read more Two years ago, on Memorial Day weekend, I took an unexpected nosedive over a rogue flower pot. What followed wasn't a slapstick comedy moment but rather a painful plot twist: a shattered elbow, a dislocated arm, and a torn ligament. Ouch doesn't even begin to cover it. What I didn't know then was that I was about to embark on a two-year journey of grit, healing, and more than a few laughs--thanks to the phenomenal team at Infante Hand & Rehabilitation. Enter the dream team: Art, Adam, and Teresa--aka my occupational therapy superheroes. From day one, they brought their A-game. These folks don't mess around. They pushed me (with just the right amount of "you've got this!" force) to regain function in an arm that originally resembled overcooked spaghetti. Their therapy sessions weren't just effective--they were entertaining. I never knew recovery could involve so much creativity, sweat, and the occasional "Wait, what is this exercise supposed to be?" moment. Special shout-out to the wedge and the table--my personal favorites. (I vote we retire the wedge like a sports jersey. It's earned it.) And let's not forget the techs--equally fantastic, endlessly encouraging, and always ready with a good laugh or a kind word. They made me feel like part of the family, not just another patient on the schedule. Honestly, I spent so much time there I could probably train staff or prep clients, if they asked. Between chats with the team and bonding with fellow clients, the hours flew by. Healing may have been the goal, but connection was the bonus. As I walked out the doors for the last time, I felt a mix of joy, pride, and a little sadness. You don't spend two years with such incredible people and not miss them when it's over. If you're reading this and facing your own mountain of rehab--listen up: Commit to the process. Do the work at home and at therapy. Let these pros guide you. When I called again to follow up and explain the situation, I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes without any resolution. Conveniently at 5pm, so when I called back office was closed. This has been an ongoing issue for years, and whenever concerns are brought up, excuses are made instead of changes being made. Patients deserve kindness, professionalism, communication, and basic respect. Do not recommend this Dr office.

We have been taking a family member to ketamine treatments for about five years. We had to go to…read moredifferent cities because there was not one locally. When we heard there was one in our city, we were excited and proceeded to find out more. Unfortunately, we found this facility to be unprofessional from day one.  i emailed and called. The staff does not sign e-mails, only "Best regards, Donya Pain" as though no one takes responsibility for their words so I cannot say who I communicated with initially. I initially called the office to ask about costs and told them i would call back when our family member would be in town so we could go in for a tour and further inquiry. I then called the office about five weeks later to see if we could schedule the visit. They were not open during the working hours i had initially been given, so i emailed them. They then gave me different working hours in an email and approved of a date and time. I agreed in an email and let them know we scheduled 20 minutes for our out of town family member to visit. Their response was that the ketamine treatment took 1.5 hours. I was shocked that they were taking us sight unseen on a first visit for a ketamine treatment, and i asked if a manager could call me. Ashley called me, and i expressed my concern in going to a facility that let just anybody schedule a ketamine treatment.  she stated that was not the norm and that there was an initial consultation needed  That, in and of itself, was sketchy since they were apparently ready to schedule a treatment right off according to the email. She also gave me a third differing set of hours. I thought it was also sketchy that the hours changed three times in two months. I confirmed a Friday 4pm appointment via email, and with Ashley the OFFICE MANAGER in a call, yet when we arrived, they were closed. I emailed my disappointment and received an email stating we could arrange to meet the next day however we had plans that day. They apologized and stated they were busy that day and our appointment "slipped from our mind".  is the staff on ketamine? We realize that this treatment has its risks.  We only want to associate ourselves with reputable, professional businesses who have experience using this treatment and adhere to proper screening and monitoring and have protocols in place.  If they can't keep their business hours and appointments straight, I do not feel I can trust their staff with my family members' treatments.  We heard about this office after they had a conflict with the VA, and we were willing to give them a chance, but it appears there are red flags to be found all around this clinic.
